He was knowledgeable about the different types of boots, as well as being familiar with my company's boot voucher program. As the safety manager of a large manufacturing facility, I've arranged contracts with several boot companies to provide safety footwear for our employees. As a rule, I will go check these locations out to see about the selection and prices. Workwear has been a partner with us for over two years, and I've never wanted her to complaint from any of our employees about the service quality. Today was a great example, Julio stepped up to the plate, pointed out the clearance boots, help me pick out a couple different pairs, and gave me some great advice on what which ones will stand up to the rigors of my specific occupation. I walked out the door and I'm already wearing the boots. I've got. They feel fantastic, and I'm very satisfied with my visit there. I don't have a lot of patience for low quality product or poor customer service, but workwear hit the nail on the head on my very first visit there. Because I love them and I like to have as many color/style choices available to match anything I am wearing. So, I KNOW CROCS AND THEIR SIZING ISSUES FROM STYLE TO STYLE AND IN SOME CASES FROM COLOR TO COLOR. Some colors are smaller/larger in the exact style. Some styles are smaller/larger in size. So you have to really try them on first to know. I wear size 9 to 11 in crocs. That's how far apart the size margin is dependent on color and/or style. I own a lot of Jordans as well and NONE of them are as comfortable as my Crocs. My Jordans are now just for very rare use and are for display mainly due to the comfort I have found in Crocs. ANYWAYS....I went to this Crocs store at the Outlet mall and was met with resistance for having come in to return them as it says I am able to on the Crocs website. This Fat blonde Troll who obviously hates her job tried her hardest to have me feel negative about it. She failed, as she more than likely does at a lot of things. She treated me like I did it just to inconvenience her (as if she is the only purpose for my existence) and that I was an idiot for getting the wrong size. She obviously knows nothing about the product she is representing. As much as I love Crocs. I avoid that store like the plague because her ugly heart works there. If you do go to this store, use it for sizing purposes ONLY. Don't buy anything there. You can get it 3-4 times cheaper at Crocs.com. Crocs Customer service online and over the phone is great. They treat you like they appreciate you and will help resolve any issue with respect and LOVE.

The entire experience felt transactional and disappointing, especially considering the amount of money spent. What made it more frustrating is that I've been to other Men's Wearhouse locations around the country, and the treatment and customer service at those stores was exceptional. That's honestly why I came in expecting a professional, attentive experience. Unfortunately, this location didn't come close.
