Now he tells me and I quote, "I don't owe you shit!" and if I want anything I can have a "credit" at his body shop, where they don't even fix headliners!!! Hello?! Is this thing on?!!!! Oh, lest we forget about the scratch that he promised to buff out and paint on the rear bumper that he never did even though he had my car for 5 extra days. This guy is worse than a joke. And when you talk to him he just yells and swears at you. I have it on tape to prove it! So instead of him just paying for the damage that he did to my car, I will be happy to tell anyone and everyone what a crappy person he is and a horrible businessman. I was on vacation from my job in another state. On our last day of vacation, our parked car was hit in a parking lot taking off the bumper, headlight, and blinker. Mack's shop handled everything with the insurance company (they are a direct repair shop for several at the time of this writing). The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away.
