Not only did it take 5 days longer than it was supposed to, but when I got into the driver's seat, I look up and there are two holes drilled into the headliner! Right at my eye-line, right below the visor! Now the guy did say I could take it to some crap hole with an F rating from the BBB. Nice right? Now he tells me and I quote, "I don't owe you shit!" and if I want anything I can have a "credit" at his body shop, where they don't even fix headliners!!! Hello?! Is this thing on?!!!! Oh, lest we forget about the scratch that he promised to buff out and paint on the rear bumper that he never did even though he had my car for 5 extra days. This guy is worse than a joke. And when you talk to him he just yells and swears at you. I have it on tape to prove it! So instead of him just paying for the damage that he did to my car, I will be happy to tell anyone and everyone what a crappy person he is and a horrible businessman. In fact, I am going to go out of my way to ask every single person I run into, for the next six months what body shop do you use? And then proceed to tell them what Dave Brennan did. So do yourselves a favor and don't go anywhere near Brennan Auto!!!! Because he will screw up your car and then I quote, tell you "I don't owe you shit" You're a class act Dave Brennan, take a bow.

I was on vacation from my job in another state. On our last day of vacation, our parked car was hit in a parking lot taking off the bumper, headlight, and blinker. Mack's shop handled everything with the insurance company (they are a direct repair shop for several at the time of this writing). Because they knew we needed to get back to our jobs in another state, they did everything they could to speed the process. The work quality was terrific and the job was done start-finish in 3 days. The truck was un-drivable and the truck was towed to Zimmerman's. I called my regular repair shop and was told they couldn't get it in for 2 months. I started working with Keith at LZE. Keith assured me the shop did excellent work and promised to work with the insurance company to get OEM parts. He also understood I couldn't drive the truck and got it in the shop right away. About 3 weeks later I had my truck and it looks and drives like new. Really impressed with the service and workmanship!
