I have to say Jason and everyone at Vanmar Lending is extremely dedicated to their clients and go above and beyond to get the job done. Our situation was interesting, to say the least. Here is a brief synopsis: We had sold our house and 2 days before it was scheduled to close, and 4 days before we were to close on our new house, we learned that our buyer was not clear to close. Since we were already dealing with Jason and his team for our loan and the purchase of our new house, it was determined he would take over our buyer's loan process. He busted his butt and did whatever could be done within his power to get our buyer funded. The Buyer closed on our old house and we just closed on our new house. I am incredibly grateful for everyone at Vanmar for everything they did, especially Jason for getting the job done. If you live in the Coachella Valley and purchased Direct TV from a salesperson that came to your door, and you feel you have been scammed or ripped off, the company that sent the salesperson is called Satellite Innovations and is run by the owner of VANMAR. His name is Carlos Martinez and he runs this complete SCAM out of the building he owns in Palm Desert. Vanmar Executive Suites. Many former employees and customers have reported him and there are cases currently being investigated by the Labor Board. He does not pay his emplyees and he instructs them to use fake names and addresses to get the sale, and then promises commissions for which no employee has ever received.
