I have to say Jason and everyone at Vanmar Lending is extremely dedicated to their clients and go above and beyond to get the job done. Our situation was interesting, to say the least. Here is a brief synopsis: We had sold our house and 2 days before it was scheduled to close, and 4 days before we were to close on our new house, we learned that our buyer was not clear to close. Since we were already dealing with Jason and his team for our loan and the purchase of our new house, it was determined he would take over our buyer's loan process. He busted his butt and did whatever could be done within his power to get our buyer funded. The Buyer closed on our old house and we just closed on our new house. I am incredibly grateful for everyone at Vanmar for everything they did, especially Jason for getting the job done. I would recommend Jason and Vanmar Lending to anyone buying or refinancing etc. read more

I have nothing but appreciation and gratitude towards Vanmar lending! I thank my real estate agent Beverly Mackey for referring them to us! She had mentioned to me that they were very professional and excellent at what they do but they definitely exceeded my expectations! It is because of them that my parents wish came true and they are now home owners! They beat all odds. We were about to give up and I am so glad that we didn't! Heidy Tallon a special big shout to you because you made the process so so easy! You always answered my calls even when it was multiple times a day, always answered my emails too which were a lot at times and most importantly you were always so sweet, kind and helpful!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts I strongly recommend Vanmar lending, amazing people with big hearts work here and I couldn't be more grateful!! Thank you, thank you!! read more

If you live in the Coachella Valley and purchased Direct TV from a salesperson that came to your door, and you feel you have been scammed or ripped off, the company that sent the salesperson is called Satellite Innovations and is run by the owner of VANMAR. His name is Carlos Martinez and he runs this complete SCAM out of the building he owns in Palm Desert. Vanmar Executive Suites. Many former employees and customers have reported him and there are cases currently being investigated by the Labor Board. He does not pay his emplyees and he instructs them to use fake names and addresses to get the sale, and then promises commissions for which no employee has ever received. And there is blatant drug use being done by Carlos in the front offices. Please do NO business with this person or the company Vanmar. For your own good stay away read more

I was referred to the VM Lending Group and specifically Yadira Jester by my agent @ the Paul Kaplan Group. I had a previous lender and ran into a last minute hurdle with them that I could not quickly overcome or accept and I needed a financially beneficial alternative. The VM Lending Team and Yadira in particular was incredibly kind, efficient and moved swiftly to help me finalize the close of escrow in an incredibly short period of time. Always professional, exceptional follow through, strong work and business / moral ethic that I value in choosing who to do business with. In general, I cannot say enough about how positive and seamless the transaction and experience was with Yadira's support. Thank you! read more

Coby was the one who reached out and convinced us to refinance our home. We had a fantastic experience working with Vanmar Lending. Kristen and Carlos Martinez are true professionals and made our home purchase easy and straight forward. I initially contacted Kristen while I was stationed overseas, to inquire about VA loans in the area. She answered every question I had and always provided me with a better solution than what I had originally thought. She guided us through mortgage pre-qualification with Vanmar, once we were under contract the entire process was smooth and the communication even though we were overseas was seamless. Vanmar lending is hands down the best! We've had 2 home purchases and worked with Heidy Tallon both times. She is amazing, gets the job done, and knows her stuff. Most importantly she's very professional. Not all lenders are made equal. We made a huge mistake by trying to use another lender. Thankfully Heidy and the team got to working on our 2nd purchase and we recently closed yet again with Heidy & Vanmar lending. We had the opportunity to also work closely with Kristen, Erika & Pablo. Thank you Team. It was a pleasure working with you all. -Mike & Brittney. read more
