When I noticed most of chairs were taken by members waiting to be called, I got out of line and left to avoid the bottleneck. I also did not want to spend a beautiful morning in line with the sun glaring in my face from the front window, listening to grumbling members. Terrible. As I left the office, there were members still coming in. This is a small office compared to many that I have visited over the years. Perhaps it's time to open a new branch in between the only 2 branches in Coachella to accommodate the surplus of members in this area. We don't pay for membership to wait in line all morning. We can do that for free at the DMV. This seemingly never-ending queue is not fair to AAA employees either, having to deal with tired and grumpy members who did not anticipate a long line for assistance. Member 42 years. A few years ago, I went to the DMV to renew the tags of a family member's car. After a pair of…read morehours of waiting, they attended me but wouldn't allow me to renew the tags because the insurance card didn't have correct VIN. I called Bill Brain Insurance for them to correct the error and email me a copy of the corrected insurance card. After one hour of waiting, I called to ask them, "why they were taking too long?". They claimed that they forgot about me. I ask once again and told them it's been three hours that I've been in DMV. After another 30 minutes pass by, I called them again, and they said they sent it another email because they claimed that I mispronounce the word "outlook" to "outluk". After ask them to fix the error and email the corrected insurance card, in an agitated tone. They told me to "drop my attitude or they will hang up", I ask again "politely", to their request. After another 30 minutes, they finally email the corrected insurance card. I left a negative one star review, explaining the whole situation, on google map. Today, I went to check on my review, with them, but I couldn't find my review. So, I left another one star review with brief negative review. Now, I have reason to believe that they search my name in their system and manage to find out who I was related to. An agent, Sonia, called my relative and ask them to tell me to call them about the reasoning behind the negative review. I don't believe their action, of searching me in state system, was legal. Especially, for the purpose of removing a bad review.

Understandable, I changed insurance companies within a week of usual withdrawal. I called the main lady and she said she was gonna call them to get me a refund. I waited for around 2 weeks and still nothing. I called them again and I guess she previously hadn't even called them because she called me the 2nd day after letting her know the situation and she said they would barely refund me within a week. P.S.They are not good AT ALL with returning calls.
