He asked me the builder of my home and I told him and then he asked me again and I was nice and I said, oh yes, I just said that and his response was well if I heard what you said. I wouldn't have asked you again!!! Then he was mumbling and I said to him. I'm sorry I can't hear you. You sound muffled- Again, he was quite rude. He said i'm not mumbling!!! I finally said okay, we're done here. Thank you anyway.. So I would stay away from this company. This guy doesn't want any business and he's rude!!! You don't speak to a potential client like that. I will make sure everybody I know in my community who has referred me switches their insurance and that no one else uses him!!!

We called Stanley Steemer and those guys said it shouldn't be major and that we could would wait and they'd send someone out Monday. I called Charles Saturday morning and he nearly jumped through the phone to tell us to get Stanley or anyone out there that day. That was good advice, it turns out we had a pipe burst through the walls and it was slowly spreading throughout the wall. If we had waited the damages could have been double or triple what they were if we hadn't listened to Charles. Aside from that, Charles' agency is great. His staff is polite and quick to get us any documentation we need and I now know that Charles means what he says when he tells us he's available 24/7!
