My husband and I had the pleasure to work with the spectacular team at Van Mar Lending on a recent real estate transaction. From the very beginning of the pre-approval process, Amy H. was very professional, timely and thorough in her handling of our financing. Amy was able to alleviate all of our stress that is so often associated with home financing. The entire team of Heidy, Yadira, Kristen and Amy were a delight to work with. They also were very patient with my nonstop bombardment of questions along the way. I will return to Van Mar Lending should I have another need for financing or refinancing in the future. Thank you team Van Mar! read more

I never received a response to my request for assistance with a cash-out mortgage refinance.

What a wonderful SEAMLESS transaction we had with Vanmar Lending! They closed our loan in a remarkable amount of time and the service and communication was really great! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family! read more

Vanmar Lending was a stellar team! When my buyers had issues with their longstanding bank, Vanmar stepped in and cleared them to close within ONE week! The original big bank was two weeks in and had more hoops to jump through even though my buyers had been with them for 30 years and had absolutely no issue qualifying through Vanmar. Furthermore, the big bank held their appraisal hostage (that my clients paid for), so we had to order a new one. You will not regret going with a smaller company who actually cares about their clients. Thank you, Vanmar Lending! I will refer all of my loan clients to you for their lending needs! Also, I worked hand-in-hand with Bridgett who is not only sweet, but also amazing. As well as Kristen Martinez, the owner of the company! Power team! read more

I've been through quite a few lenders over the years and Vanmar Lending is definitely at the top of my lender list. I was very pleased with their efficiency and communication throughout the process and the creative solutions they offered when I lost my first buyer (but later gained a second one). Kristen was amazing and so was Kenny and now I get to sit in my beautiful new home as I am writing this review! Overall an A+ from me. read more

Vanmar Lending didn't miss a beat! Kristen and her team took care of us every step of the way and offered excellent advice. Closing for our new condo took place in less than four weeks. This was all handled remotely, as we live on the east coast. We'd absolutely work with Vanmar's knowledgeable efficient team again in the future. read more

The team at Vanmar lending did a fantastic job securing our loan for our new home! I highly recommend them to anybody looking for financing. In fact, as a real estate agent I always recommend them to my clients that are looking for an honest lender, that will get the job done at the best rate available. They are an invaluable partner to have in your corner to help you purchase your home to help maintain a smooth and speedy transaction. The new Reno office helped us purchase our first home. Top notch service by Shannon and her entire team! Reno is so lucky to have you! Amazing and supportive throughout the entire process. Available 24-7 for you and always kind no matter what the situation. Best of all, because they are a wholesaler, we know they got us the best deal in town. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking!!! read more

Liars and deceitful best describes my refi experiance. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. A written commitment means nothing to these people. I presented a loan offer from a competitive company and Kristen agreed in an email to match it. Four months of round and round and they refused to meet a written agreement. It took 4 months to complete a simple refi that should have taken a month. She is running an a school for students as far as I could tell. RUN DON'T WALK!!!! read more

Easy process. Excellent customer service and seamless closing. Would definitely recommend them for your next home purchase.

Kristin and Yadira at Vanmar got me a 30 year fixed loan with a decent interest rate when know one else could! WOW! I so appreciate their skill and support. They did an amazing job! read more

Nothing but great things to say about Heidy and her Vanmar team. smooth process for something that has been rumored to be a very time consuming and difficult task. never felt stressed, overwhelmed or feeling like the Vanmar team wasn't on top of it or making my family a priority. Time seems to be the only thing you can't buy yet wasting it can cost you a lot of money, Vanmar will save you time and money, not sure you could ask any more from this group of professionals. read more

Communication is key. And from beginning to end of our latest home purchase the Vanmar team didn't lack it. Kudos for maintaining us up to date every step of the way. Special thanks to Yadira for going into detail every interaction we had. read more

Everyone at Vanmar ir super nice and quick to help, however, my absolute favorite person is Yadira Jester. Omg, this girl is always ahead of the game. She gets the most imposible fundings done. She is transparent and approachable. She has allowed me to buy 2 houses and refinance twice. I have also recommended her to everyone I know who wants to buy a house, she has never let anyone down. A lot of people I know are hesitant, thinking they wont qualify but once they sit down with her they realize she can help them achieve their dream. She is smart and knows how to hustle to get what you need. She is a boss babe!!! Please look no further and give her a call. A plus is that she is bilingual. I would give her more stars if i could. read more

I've been working with Kristen for about 5 years. She's been super efficient and making the process fast and easy, either for a new loan or refinance. Her staff also are efficient and helpful. read more

Vanmar has been there for me since I purchased my home in the Coachella Valley in 2014. Kristen and staff are knowledgeable, professional, friendly. They keep me informed along the way and are quick to answer any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use then again. read more

I used Vanmar for a new construction home purchase with GHA. They were extremely easy to work with and hit all the deadlines. They also provided excellent service and made the entire process very stress-free. Dealing with them was one of the best experiences I've had in my experience as a homebuyer! Thank you, Yadira, Yessica, Erika and Pablo! Highly recommended. read more

They can't close loans when they say they can and they are extremely hard to get a hold of. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. No phone calls, no response until I start screaming and yelling to finally get a response and get a hold of the person in charge of this office. They can't close loans. Instead of just being honest they keep trying to close when they can't. Complete lack of trust and faith. I spent thousands of dollars only to switch my loan around 3 times, change the interest rate, change the down payment amount, change the loan amount. Go from conventional to private investor. Not because of us as borrowers but because of a condo that was unwarranted (no lender will lend on this) which they didn't know about until a few days before closing. Cost me money, time and missing out on some other properties. No apology, no phone call, no reimbursement. Nothing. Is that someone you want to do business with? read more

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this spectacular team! I am a first time homebuyer and they made the process smooth by keeping me informed along the way and answering any questions I had. Plain and simple, they get sh!t done!! We started working with Vanmar lending almost about a year ago.  We met with Jason who was referred to us by a family friend he was delightful and he quickly became someone who we enjoyed talking with.  Jason gave his professional advice and we took everything he said seriously and about 8 months later he checked in with us, we did everything he recommended with no exceptions and we were ready to buy our house. Beginning the process he was honest and thorough which remained the case throughout our whole experience everything Jason said right down to the final numbers turned out just as he explained the integrity was something we didn't expect because in this day and age it's hard to find honest people he and his partner Heidy were exceptionally wonderful and we are so happy with how it all turned out. Definitely a company you should consider using. read more

Gary was a huge help during this entire process. As my first time dealing w/ any sort of real estate transaction, i wasn't so sure about the process. But Gary was there to guide me and stay on top of everything needed. Definitely would recommend Vanmar to anyone. read more

My husband and I are first time home buyers. We've heard numerous stories of how long and stressful the process can be but we did not experience any of that with the team at VanMar Lending. From the time we started the process until closing a month later, everything went smoother and quicker than we could ever have imagined. Mauricio, Yadira, Kristen, Heidy and Kayla were on top of things every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the process. We were never left wondering about the status. Our emails were always answered quickly and there was always someone at the office that was able to help us when we called in. We have no hesitation on recommending VanMar to our friends and family because we know they will be in good hands. A company that goes above and beyond for their client is a company that we will stick with for many years to come. Thank you again to the entire team at VanMar! We are officially homeowners and could not have done it without your knowledge and support! read more

We had the best experience with our Home purchase, Yadira was recommended to me by a friend. We were previously working with a different Loan consultant and didn't really get a lot of guidance or answers to all our questions that we had. When we went to this office we noticed the difference immediately! The whole process went so fast and smooth. Yadira and Heidi were on top of every step and walked us through the whole process. We were home owners in just 1 month in a half after we got pre-approved. read more

Kristin and her team did an amazing job getting us into our new home! They were fast and efficient and kept us updated every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a lender! read more

They were quick to respond and able to close escrow very quickly. No wasted time filling out an online application, I spent 15 minutes on the phone and they were already able to run my credit and provide me with financing options. UPDATE: I liked them so much in 2016, when I bought my second home in 2018 I used them again and would recommend them to anyone. Kristin, Kayla, and Yadira were amazing to work with, (super friendly, enthusiastic and on your side) and their customer service, attention to detail and follow up are incredible. They set the bar and example as to what other lending companies should be. Two thumbs way up! read more

I would HIGHLY recommend VanMar Lending! They made the process of buying my first home a breeze! They would call me with any new updates and addressed all my questions and concerns. Thank you again for all your help! read more

Don't miss out on the chance to work with this WONDERFUL TEAM! On more than one occasion I had to remind myself that Amy wasn't my long time friend. She was so personable and quick to respond (even on the weekends and late at night) that I was very comfortable with the home buying process from start to finish. Amy and Kayla would often follow up their emails with phone calls to make sure I fully understood what they meant and how they played a role in funding our loan. Thanks for being genuine, helpful, and friendly: you made our home buying experience a lot less stressful! read more

Carlos and the gang! WOW! What an easy experience! Second loan we've done with them and my neighbors were in escrow at the same time as me and all I heard was nightmares with their Lender...they should have took my advice and went with VANMAR.. read more

Clients of ours suggested We use Vanmar for our refinance...."it was fun and easy" they said! I also know we all remember the easy stuff afterwards and conveniently forget the bad stuff. I wanted to post immediately so I didn't forget. Financing is one if the Worst experiences, but Vanmar made the experience "Fun and Easy"! Our client was right! From the top down, Amy was on it immediately, making sure what they needed was communicated simply and Yadira did perfect follow up, again making this otherwise stressful procedure go smoother than we thought it could be. Thanks to Vanmar, our Ten Year Retirement Plan is on schedule, in great part by making this happen so quickly and easy! read more

They have helped some of my clients with financing that no one else had programs that would work for them and they would not have been able to get financing and gotten their home if Vanmar had not stepped in. I've always had great respect for Jason Rader. But this process has really made me admire him and respect his hard work and great business ethics. The process with Jason and his team couldn't have been easier for my home refinance. Thank you for making the process absolutely worry-free and for always being ready and able to answer questions. I would give ten stars if I could, but will settle for the five and will always refer Jason and Vanmar Lending for anyone going through a purchase or refinance process. read more

When I was trying to get a loan for my house, I was recommended by a friend to call Vanmar. I agree with Tracey W. Almost 2 months in escrow. My fiancé and myself regret the stressful journey with this company. There was sure an internal communication breakdown somewhere with this Lender. As well as them pulling the rug from under us on telling us stuff we could do when we couldn't. It's almost 2 months and we still haven't officially closed. I've had to reschedule a lot of deliveries, etc. read more

Corey and the whole Vanmar team made the refinancing process easy! We are able to cut ten years off the mortgage at a lower interest rate and eliminate PMI at a lower rate for only a little more every month! read more

Sellers beware! A preapproval from this company means nothing. I accepted an offer from a buyer based on their website saying they close on time. After asking for 2 extensions deal still fell through costing me time and money. After preapproving the buyers kept telling them not to remove the loan contingency. Clearly even they did not believe the could do the job they advertise. Totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism.Trying to send a loan through that they knew Fannie Mae would reject if QC checked it is a very unethical way to do business. read more
