Just had an awesome Vitamin C facial with Nikki at this super cute spa in Jax Beach. Nikki was so…read moregreat and answered all my questions about the different services they offer...and I had a lot! We did a mini skin consultation and talked about my skincare goals and decided to go with the Vitamin C facial to address the sun spots and pigmentation concerns I have. All the products smelled so good and citrusy and fresh. The massage portion was obviously my favorite part, I could have fallen asleep. I already booked my next facial and a head spa appointment. I highly recommend Skin Spa and Nikki as your esthetician. My only recommendation for the spa itself is to have a couple of larger/plus size robes on hand. Us curvy queens want the whole experience and to be fully comfortable so we can totally relax and enjoy the experience.

I have been…read morecoming here to this location since September and I have yet to click with a specific specialist but I still can't beat the location, the products and the ease of setting appointments. Their app makes a last minute visit so easy. Today's visit went smoothly, wax specialist was a bit chatty but not in a bad way and she handled a few ingrown hairs in my bikini line which was above what I would expect. When I checked out I was asked if I wanted to set up another appt, I don't like to do that, my hair grows so slow and my work schedule is never the same, but when I politely said no thanks I was then asked two more times in various ways, I ended up being very firm with lots of eye contact and said No, thank you. She finally took a hint. That bugged me. Again, all those things won't stop me from coming again, it truly is the best place with premier products to get the job done quickly and as painlessly as possible.
