As well as not having a clear understanding or listening when I asked for square round shape. I had to ask for additional coats of dip knowing it would be thicker than I like because the application was uneven and nail beds still visible. In the end after being there for over 60 min for a service that should take 30 min my entire right hand was messed up with large white spots of powder breaking through my color. The tech decided to finish and apply top coats clearly seeing the difference in R to L hand and the owner tried to gaslight me and tell me that it "sometimes looks like that" "that's the color" and "from far away you can't notice." Am I paying for something that looks bad? You expect me to be ok with a botched nail job. No she expected me to stay longer to get my right hand redone by the same tech who messed it up the first time but didn't catch his own mistakes? Na na na the manager needs to know when to suck it up and take an L. Have someone step in that can do a dip without error how's that for a solution that was never offered. You expected me sit back down and waste time out of my day like I didn't have plans all that with the same tech that just messed up. As a manager maybe you offer up your time to redo the service? Don't go here they were clearly talking about me after I expressed dislike and had to stay firm knowing the color was botched. You tried to scoot me out with ugly nails and expect me not to address it. Not today I know what a good dip looks like that lasts 3 weeks and you def can't get that here. That sent me over the edge wtf kind of lame causes for horrible looking dip couldn't see or didn't care that the color was uneven and djdnt look satisfactory.

Absolutely not! I decided to give this place a try because…read moreit had such high reviews and it's close to my house. Let me start off by saying that they left my hands soaking in acetone for over 12 minutes and finally once it started burning I pulled my hands out of the acetone. I will never go to another nail salon that makes you soak your fingertips in acetone for that long in order to remove your dip. The person doing it left me there because they went and waxed to somebody's eyebrows. The dip on my nail is over my cuticle and I asked her to do something about it and she just told me that was the shape of my fingernail. I get my nails done regularly and have for years so I know what the shape of my fingernail is. It was such a disappointing experience. I will say that the pedicure was actually pretty good but the packages they show you don't make a lot of sense. It was 25.00 more than what I normally pay at my regular nail place that does a way better job. I asked for 5 minutes of extra massage that I did not get. If you're not going to do the full massage time you should probably remove the clock from the wall. That's what I get for cheating on my regular nail place and I've learned my lesson. I don't know how it has all these high ratings. If you go there, only go for a pedicure. Never again!

I had finally found a place close to my house. The first time I came here People were really nice…read moreso I decided to go again but when I tell you it was one of the worst experience I've ever had I mean it. I went super excited to get my pedicure ready to enjoy my birthday to only come out, upset, crying, and feeling insulted. The man who did my pedicure came up to me looking upset so I decided to make conversation as I always do. I'm a very cheerful person and a very social person. I even complimented his tattoos and smiled and said hello and all he said was OK. When he began on my toes he kept pushing and pulling my leg for my toes to lay down flat. (keep in mind even though I do acknowledge I have flat feet and unfortunately curved toes. I've never had a problem getting a pedicure.) now this man look frustrated with me even after I apologize multiple times. had my chair pushed up so close that I was in an uncomfortable position. He kept pushing my toes down and signing an anger and frustration. He kept pulling my toes and then getting upset with me when I would cramp up and moved because I couldn't stay in that position that he wanted. finally, after being in so much pain, I told him " I'm so sorry my toes just don't stay like that. This is really uncomfortable" with almost tears in my face, and instead of fixing his position and or hiring his chair he yelled at me, saying just look away, waving his arm at me upset. He said it's so loudly that a person sitting two chairs away from me. Tried to comfort me by saying mine tells me that all the time. I tried to stay still as possible so he wouldn't yell at me again. He only had the massage part left, and I thought to myself finally maybe a few minutes I can relax. He started my timer, then began to fix things on his cart with about two minutes left on the timer he began my massage, tapped my legs and said there. At that point I just wanted to leave. I asked him how much he pointed to the front and said pay up there and walked away. He made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable.

Ms. Lorena Sanchez told me, "I can take you," and that was the beginning of my first appointment with her about four months ago. I have never been disappointed! She has made my nails stronger, healthier, and are absolutely amazing! I only get gel nails, but OMG--Lorena makes them look like acrylics and keeps them looking perfect. She truly knows what she's doing! She is also one of the friendliest and sweetest people you could ever meet. She always aims to please me, and if I want something done differently, she is completely up for the challenge. I especially love how she listens to me, and now I'm letting her show off her talent with nail art. She is SO talented and just rocks it! I'm always looking through Pinterest for nail art ideas, and I'll show Lorena a few that I like and then tell her, "Pick one and let's do it!" I have never been disappointed yet. Every time, she somehow makes it even better than the picture I showed her. I also have to mention that my pedicures are always spot on as well! Thank you, Ms. Lorena, for always taking such good care of me, making me feel comfortable, and keeping my nails looking beautiful. I completely trust you, and I'm so happy I found you!
