My experience each and every time I am there is truly exceptional. The staff at this facility are very knowledgeable and caring. The time spent one-on-one with them just demonstrates their concern for their patients and making sure their needs are met. The one time that I had a situation with one of my hearing aids, I took it into the office and they tried to repair it there. They saw that it needed to be sent out. This was done, and I received the repaired unit in a very short time.
