He has been to the same clinic and have gotten the steroid shot before. He was greeted rudely by the physician's assistant named Rebecca Meyers. She asked him what was he there for and told her that he needed the shot. She stated that they don't have the shot, even though he has gotten it there before and said that she was not going to go back and forth with him regarding that matter. She then said that she had a long day and didn't have time for it. She kept cutting him off during their conversation as well. He left empty handed with no report of his visit. I will not recommend anyone to go this urgent care!!!!

I selected Ohio Orthopaedic Center, specifically Dr. Mark D'Onofrio at the high recommendation of…read moremy family doctor. I had been receiving less than satisfactory treatment with physicians in Columbus (no name-dropping here) and needed someone who could meet my needs and be straight-forward with me. After meeting Dr. D'Onofrio, he took one look at my medical history and recent tests and simply asked, "When do you want to get this done?" That was it. No more cortisone shots or minor surgeries. He told me that my knee was beyond preventive treatment and needed replacement. True, one would think that a salesman's only interest is "selling the car", but after breaking down everything that was wrong with my knee, he convinced me that I was prolonging the inevitable with all of these procedures. The surgery went extremely well, as well as the follow-up with his PA, Kevin, who is truly awesome. The care I received during my recovery made my trip to wellness a short and efficient one. I loved their treatment so much that I chose them for my other knee replacement surgery 3 years later, which went just as well. So I'm going to name these two (the center AND the ortho) specifically in my recommendations if you need knee or hip replacement surgery. You can't go wrong.

Instead of finding out the issue, he sends you to Pain Management to get rid of you because he thinks everyone in pain is an addict and lying about the pain! Read the reviews people, they are correct when they state this place is truly only about money!! They do not care about the patient/person, only what that patient/person can give them (money). Most likely going to have to have a hip replacement because the knee issue has clearly ruined my hips! I will not being going through them! And Good luck with someone actually calling you back with this place! There is no compassion with this place!

I had been with this location for some years and have always loved my experience and my doctors…read more For the last year, my moms dementia with schizophrenia, and other health issues took a turn forbthe worse. I've always been about taking care of me until I didn't. Being my moms caregiver was extremely hard. She passed on July 9, 2025. Prior to that I had my own health issues and always tried to make my appointment but ended up canceling, missing or rescheduling because of my mom. My doctor for some years left and I ended up with a male doctor who I seen once maybe twice and then I get a letter saying I was basically fired and had to find not a new doctor but go to a whole new Ohio Health for care because I missed and canceled to many appointments. Between my health, my moms emergency calls every other day which was 1 hour away, I had to be there for her. Ohio Health Pickerington never asked about me and what I was going through. My original doctor would and even call to check up on me but she left and I had no notice. So the new team didn't know me and instead kicked me out. I'm still with Ohio Health but a different location. I'll soon be able to have my medications renewed. Its been 2 weeks and they gave me a month but during that time my mom passed and I just didn't remember the deadline to make other arrangements for a new doctor and location. I write this because I had no where else to express how hurt I was to be going through dealing with my mom and then being let go from a whole primary care program. This hurts more then my mom passing. Its was so unexpected and I never had the opportunity to talk and get back on track with caring for me. I love Ohio Health but try reaching out more to your patients when they are new. You don't what people are really going through and at the end of the day, me making the appointments was in good faith and I planned to make but life...

If you are like me and want a doctor that actually listens and cares, look no further. I became a…read morepatient of Dr. Donna Parsley when she first joined the medical practice, now known as Diley Ridge. She has always taken the time to listen to what is going on and discuss a course of action. In today's society, that is difficult to find because of the typical fifteen minute window doctors have with each patient. Sadly, I moved for a job and have to find a new doctor. If you live in the Pickerington, Ohio area, and need a doctor, cross your fingers that this doctor will accept new patients, because you will have the best doctor in the area.

They are truly one of the most genuine people you will meet. They have helped so many people regardless of their backgrounds and experiences(myself included). This is just one of the few traits that make them special. They will deter in having to tell you the many people they have treated, the types of people they have helped as this shows how humble and down to earth they are. They are truly Gods helpers in the medical profession. If you are in the Columbus Ohio area it's worth to get to know them.

I've been a patient of Dr. D'onofrio's for several years now and love him…read more He conducted and psychologically helped me through my first knee replacement surgery a few years ago and my quality of life is significantly better as a result. Prior to seeing him, my previous doctor put me through a series of preventive procedures that only delayed the inevitable. I appreciate what they tried to do, but I went through years of discomfort that, I felt, could and should have been avoided. After my doctor moved to a different medical group, I saw Dr. D'onofrio at my family doctor's recommendation. This man is awesome! I had researched his record and he is well-respected amidst his peers and among his former patients. Prior to the procedure, he even had me attend an education (and supportive session) with other knee and hip replacement patients, which made me feel more at ease. During our conversation(s) he promised me that he would have me on my feet, the same day as the surgery! He wasn't lying. I was up and around and beginning my new life (as "RoboPop", as my kids call me) in no time. I was out of the hospital in no time, too. My follow-up visits between him and his assistant, Kevin were all great with exceptional customer service and even better recuperative treatment. Today, I had to go back for my consult for the other knee replacement, which we originally decided to delay. It was great to see him again and a comfort to know that he remembered my case very well. Unfortunately, I have to take some weight off before the next procedure, but my reservations are gone and I'm ready to get myself back to a state where I can exercise and live comfortably. If you need an orthopedic surgeon who is professional and caring, although in Lancaster, this is definitely the man to see!

The FMC hospital ER is a joke!! All they want is your money and they don't care one bit about your…read morehealth or well being!!! They have no clue what they are doing, they misdiagnosis, refuse specific treatment requested since they didn't feel the symptoms were life threatening enough to worry about with the CT scans they did even though you can't really see gall stones with a CT scan, you would think they would know this. After being in the ER on 2 different occasions and waiting over 5 hours to be seen each time (and then having the ER attending physician tell me that yeah the drug seekers no the terminology to use to get seen first! What? Are you kidding me? Did you really just say that after I have been in tremendous pain waiting to be seen? How unprofessional and unacceptable), they still couldn't figure out I had a gall stones even when I begged them to perform an Ultrasound as I knew that was the problem, they still misdiagnosed me and sent me home. Only for me to have to end up having gall bladder surgery because you guessed it I had gall stones! I suffered for over 1 1/2 years with the problems because they couldn't do their job! I had specifically asked for an Ultrasound the last visit as I didn't want to have to pay my $6,650 deductible for a second year in a row and we were there on New Years Eve, so had they not made me wait 5 hours in the ER and had they done as I asked I would not have had to pay another $6,650 but of course they dragged their feet, said nothing was wrong and told me I had to have my personal doctor request the Ultrasound, which of course would be in the next year so my deductible would start over. Had they been smart enough to diagnosis me correctly when I had been there in Jan this all would not have been a problem, instead they just ordered test me done that were not necessary and then the doctor that performed those tests laughed at me when I asked him to schedule the ultrasound to check for gall stones. His answer was well if it's gall bladder when it presents itself you will know...guess what doc...it was presenting itself and you all were too ignorant to find it and to do as the patient asked you to do!! What kind of facility are you people running that you cater to the drug seekers and the rest of us suffer and you could care less that you are diagnosing incorrectly and turning away people with true medical issues. All you want is our hard earned money and you could care less about helping us. Then when calling to talk about my concerns with them after receiving the most ridiculous bill for surgery, again they couldn't even get all of the concerns listed in the review of the case. There is no communication between departments and again they don't give a darn about the people they only want our money for the crap service the give. Here's the joke of the whole thing, while going in to pay the outrageous bill for the crap service there was a sign on one of the doors that read the following: Our Common Purpose: We make a difference for everyone by creating exceptional care & experiences from the heart...Always then it had the word IMPACT and here are what the letters stood for: I-Integrity M-Make a difference P-Passion for Excellence A-Always Improving C-Customer Focused T-Taking Risks. I could have puked when I read this sign what a crock of bull. They don't follow or believe any of that sign. I took a picture but can't add it to this post. Seriously FMC, get your ideas in line, it's not about the almighty dollar it should be about serving the patients and doing everything in your power to get them well, not let them suffer for over 1 1/2 years when it could have all been taken care of the first visit if people would just do their job correctly in the first place!!
