Such a bad experience -- I would never recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed quickly or efficiently. After telling me I would receive a prescription for numbing cream, I later found out it wouldn't even arrive for more than two weeks. In the meantime, he demanded I "hurry up" and complete the other part of my appointment, which he had already cut short based on his so-called "medical judgment." Mind you, I paid $1,200 upfront, and there was never any mention of a strict timeframe that the treatment had to be completed within -- yet suddenly, when I refused to give up my weekend to fit his schedule, it was apparently "outside the allocated time," which was never agreed upon. Completely ridiculous.
I was beyond frustrated to find out after my session that he used the machine on level one or two -- which obviously did nothing to remove the tattoo. He claimed that's "normal" and that you have to "build up" to higher levels. After speaking with multiple other laser removal clinics, that's complete nonsense. It's just a tactic to keep clients coming back for as long as possible.
Do not go here if you want flexibility or real results. He's happy to cancel last minute for his own commitments, but if you ever need to reschedule or get a refund, good luck.
The setup is also incredibly unprofessional. The clinic is literally in the back of what looks like a nail or lash salon -- dark, cramped, and not particularly hygienic or comfortable. To make things worse, he kept asking me to hold part of the machine so he could film videos for his Instagram Which I NEVER AGREED to him using mind you, Completely unprofessional behavior if your going to inconvenience someone's removal session you think u would at least have the decency to ask them first if they are ok with being filmed but NOT A WORD!
I also paid upfront for multiple sessions, but after realizing how ineffective the treatment was, I tried to get my money back. Despite only receiving half the agreed treatment area, for ONE SESSION! I've been unable to get a refund. He still owes me over $1,000, and at this point, I'll probably have to take legal action just to recover it.
Overall, the whole operation feels extremely amateur. It's obvious he's new to business and has no understanding of the ACL, schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, or the ACCC's and frankly, running a "medical" procedure out of the back room of a nail salon says it all., ZERO stars.. I will definitely keep everyone updated throughout my legal proceedings as to whether this gets resolved or worse so stay tuned! read more
