I had it before with other clinics, this time I chose B because they were cheap and I thought for an easy treatment like facial slimming, it was not that important to find an experienced practitioner and a reputable clinic---turns out reaaaaally important! When my practitioner performed the injection, it really hurt and my face bruised for the following two weeks, compared to the fact that I barely felt the pain with experienced doctors. Secondly, my face became asymmetrical as the injection（ dysport）gradually took effects. While my practitioner promised me before the procedure that he would take any remedy for free if the outcome was not satisfying, he just sit back and escaped the responsibility by saying that " no one's face is symmetric". Anyway, this has been the worst facial slimmining procedure I have ever had, totally different from the previous ones. It made me look old and the jawline was still obvious--and when I showed the practitioner my picture of the outcome from a previous procedure, he said you would have to wait. Now it has been fours months. I just look different -----in a bad way----the injection was neither done in the right place nor at an appropriate amount. I just feel lucky that the effects will eventually go away in a few months and I will definitely go with a legitimate practitioner if I want to do it next time.

I was attending the Ashbury clinic on a regular basis…read moreto have my tattoo removed using laser treatment and it was going fine, my tattoos were fading until Dr Chen decided to have a go and he just recklessly destroyed my skin leaving ugly looking scars and when I tried to raise the issue he is being inconsiderate and unwilling to help and furthermore he harasses me with threatening emails late at night and at 1.30 in the morning that I have reported him to the Police about. Dr Chen persistently harasses me with evasive untrue statements claiming I had some form of underlying scarring on my skin from the tattooing process which is not the case and completely untrue as the ink is meant to be fading away slowly and not completely obliterated from my skin and the City Tattoo Removal Clinic have confirmed that when I visited them. Dr Chen also have the before photos of the tattoo that he is refusing to show that would show evidence of any underlying scarring issues that he claims I had from the tattoo process due to the shear extent of the scarring. I just barely had around 17 treatments at the Ashbury clinic and in the last 10 treatments it seemed to be going nowhere, it was barely fading, Dr Chen was even talking about how difficult it is to get removed because the ink was very deep. He also claims that I have never raised the scarring issue and I did at the time and all his response was that I signed the form about the risks involved and that was it, he didn't seemed to care or show any concern about it whatsoever. He did however treat the scar he caused by giving me an injection to reduce the ugly puffiness. Ashbury is now refusing to speak to me and recently sent me an email saying that I have to contact them through my lawyer in future and if I contact them again they will report me to the Police just so they can get rid of me. Furthermore, they said they have reported me to the Police making defamatory accusations that I was harassing them and being abusive, which Is untrue. If I am unhappy with the service I receive I have a right to complain and I have a right to be unhappy as they have completely disfigured my skin, leaving ugly looking scars. I have also the right to be unhappy as they are refusing to refund the money and show the before photos. He shouldn't be a surgeon. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, keep right away from them.

I once went to a doctor that prescribed me anti-histamines when I had pneumonia. As a result I got asthma, and I've been very cautious about choosing a cheap, bulk-billed doctor. Central Brunswick Centre is not bulk-billed, but it is rebated by Medicare, so your average cost for a consultation is about $30. The staff are super friendly and you don't have to wait too long when you book an appointment. When it comes to your health you can never be too careful but I wouldn't trust anywhere else.

Ken Koh is very helpful, and when I left the appointment he even called me on his private office line to double check whether or not I'd had certain vaccines. Fiona Bishop is fantastic, and is always on high demand. When I first wanted to come to this clinic she wasn't taking on any new patients, but six months later I somehow managed to weasel my way onto her regular patient's list. She's compassionate, but firm, and made me piss myself when I walked in with a nasty virus and she spent our entire consultation with a face mask on. (I was very contagious.) James Kennedy is a sweetheart and has a lovely Irish accent that will make you forget all of your ails. The nurse is also incredibly kind and considerate. My ears get blocked often so I come here to get them flushed out. Having water flushed into your middle ear isn't exactly pleasant and can leave you feeling nauseous, so the nurse sat and chatted with me while the room stopped spinning. Some important things to note: - You're able to claim most of the bill back through medicare, and the ladies at reception can help you set things up so those returns are paid directly to your account. - There's a pathology clinic down the hall so you can get your tests done in one hit. - If you're catching public transport, this place can be a bit difficult to find. Walk past Grill'd, then past Video Ezy, walk up two flights of stairs and it's straight ahead on your left.
