I hope to save other people from what I'm going through. I went for a Brazillian and underarms. This means everything down there everywhere else. The girl who did my treatment treated me like I was disgusting (never had that before). She barely did anything, she literally only did half an underarm on one side then went over my vagina within one minute, not making sure to get every section like everyone else and did not do a Brazillian that I paid for. I could tell she wanted it over with and it made me insecure so then so did I. Well, now two weeks later I have a terrible infection on my skin where the laser touched me. I'm not Australian so going to the doctor to treat it costs more then the laser. WORST EXPERIENCE of my life with any medical laser/spa anything. Save your money, your body and your peace..... stay away from this dodgy operation.

It stuck to me like nothing before and wrinkled in certain places and I think I ripped it in one, this was just getting on the table. Needless to say, it kind of ruined my ambience and whilst the massage and facial I got was great, maybe they should have just used towels? The prices are more than reasonable and you can usually get an appointment within 30 minutes of walking into the shop and the beauty therapists have been there for a while, which means they're treated right! The girls who work there are fantastic, very friendly and professional. I had a few different masseuses from there massage me and all have been amazing. One of the main reasons I love this place is they make the effort in creating that relaxing atmosphere. The lighting in the room is dim, they have calming incense wafting in the air and soft relaxing music plays in the background- it usually is the sound of birds or the ocean. Some other places do not make the effort to create this ambience which can be annoying, which is why I just stick to TranQuilty, it is a wonderful experience every time. In addition to massages, they also offer a range of other services including waxing, facials, manicures/pedicures, tinting, perming, piercing and micro-dermabrasion. If you are in the Mt Ommaney shopping centre, it's definitely a place you should drop your bags and relax at.
