It was perfect, the taste, the decoration the price just perfect! I will be getting my next event cake from Sandi. Everyone raved about the cake and loved seeing Vader and Yoda crossing sabers. The cake was a moist yellow cake with a raspberry filling layer then butter cream over that just under a layer of fondant. I generally do not like fondant but this was almost like a marshmallow and very good. I can tell she really took her time with this design, very detailed.

We stood in the store for a while and made some loud noise to see if anyone would hear us. After 30 minutes of waiting, someone did finally come to the front. There was no acknowledgement of "Sorry for waiting, I was in the middle of ..... thank you for your patience. How can I help you." A simple acknowledgement would have been great. We understand if you're the only person working and you get caught up doing something, there's going to be some wait time. After 30 minutes of waiting, we were annoyed and it seemed the individual was also annoyed by the noises we were making to try to get someone's attention. Despite all the annoying experiences, the cookies were delicious and everyone enjoyed them. I've been multiple times now and I've never seen it dirty in there or had a problem with my order. The reason I don't give this location 5 stars is because the workers never welcome you when you come in. They do not acknowledge you until your order is ready and even then, they don't say anything or smile. They bring your order up, show you what you got and close the box. I usually say thank you and still don't get a response or smile back. I think it's important to come to work with a positive attitude and make your customers feel welcome at the very least.
