I said a dessert cake is perfect but could I have just with words "Happy Birthday" across the top (suppose I was thinking I must have confused the situation somehow).... She said she was sorry but they don't do that.... I said OK well thank you anyway. I so want to support and see Winterville businesses do well.... But just a little flexibility to meet my needs would have been so appreciated and would have made this bakery my go-to place for all needs in the future. Now I go elsewhere... It was perfect, the taste, the decoration the price just perfect! I will be getting my next event cake from Sandi. Everyone raved about the cake and loved seeing Vader and Yoda crossing sabers. The cake was a moist yellow cake with a raspberry filling layer then butter cream over that just under a layer of fondant. I generally do not like fondant but this was almost like a marshmallow and very good. I can tell she really took her time with this design, very detailed.
