Listen to all his concerns looked at all of his records before she came up with a plan to treat him. She wasn't ready to just go into having procedures done but more willing to treat the problem before we had to do the next step. She was caring an compassionate, which is where these days. Whole experience was great for my dad as it is his mind and mine as well. Highly recommend everyone in this office.

To which I then read my results were benign. 2 wks after that I Recvd a bill for over $1200 for a diagnostic colonoscopy to my understanding means I either was referred or was having symptoms of some sort. I guess they thought I took it upon myself to prep and just walked in for a colonoscopy. My ins pays 100% for a yearly colonoscopy. They're holding out for me to pay this and won't change their erroneous billing. Please make sure you get a statement of charges prior to getting the procedure because their office staff is terrible. When my in's advocate calls them they tell her it's ins fraud to change the billing. NOT when it's a mistake And the ins co is asking you to. I will not ever be going there again.

Don't know why I can't see the PA who should then be able to assign me to a new doctor at an office where I've been a patient for close to 15 years. As others have noted, the wait time here is a killer. They don't really have convenient appointment…read moretimes for folks working a 9-5. It's even less ideal for folks like me who aren't allotted partial PTO in their jobs and try to make an appointment over their lunch break. A 3:15 PM appointment means you'll be lucky to see your clinician by 4 PM. Really not ideal. Oh, and they tell you to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time. Why? No. I spoke with my nurse practitioner about it earlier in the week, and she confirmed that they are always 'crazy' and behind due to a litany of tasks that they have to do. I totally get being swamped with patients and procedures, but I wish the office management would get their act together a wee bit to be more respectful of their patient's time. Everyone who works there is really nice, and the NP I saw, Stephanie Herndon, honed in on my issue right away in a way that no other clinician has in the past. Her diagnosis seemed on point and she was really personable and kind. She took her time with me, which I appreciated also. I've previously seen Dr. Farrell also, who is also great. So: 5 stars for the clinician, 1 star for the wait time.

I was in a vulnerable position and was embarrassed, and her comment also shared with the surrounding staff my personal medical complaints, which raises a HIPAA concern. I would not recommend anyone go to her for a procedure or for GI issues.
