The first time, I thought "maybe he isn't in today because of some emergency or something." I was pretty pissed off, driving all the way there on two different occasions, just to find out that the barber I booked with didn't show up. I wasn't notified either time. However the haircut experience left me feeling like there is a lot of room for improvement. (1) Henry was over 10 minutes late to my haircut, no problem but didn't get the feeling he felt sorry at all (2) the cut felt rushed and even when blowing hair it just flies everywhere including in my eyes. (3) the haircut was over in under 20 minutes. I was out exactly at 2:30pm even though the cut itself started around 2:12pm (4) while Henry was consistent with the style I asked for the cut was not short enough (asked for a 1 on the side and back) and overall lots of uneven hair spots. I had came across to the barber shop lucent in Campbell and it was amazing truthfully I had a great time the shop was clean with No hair on the floor! SUPER CLEANl! and awesome well vibes with a barber name Junior. I believe that was his name, we exchanged numbers for future appointments and I also got to meet the owner Trippy.
