The barber who cut my hair did a decent job, but the technique was different from what It wasn't a bad haircut but felt rushed, and I didn't receive the hot towel, which was disappointing considering the service was $90. At that price point, I expect a more personalized experience and for the barber I specifically booked to be the one cutting my hair or at least to be asked before making a change.
