On the second, they took down some trees that had fallen and taken down a fence. On the third they did major pruning of an old oak. They're great to work with. They give a good estimate, they call in advance, the workers are efficient and friendly. They clean up everything, chipping the branches and hauling away the wood in the case of tree removal Most important, they do a great job. They are trained arborists and understand how to prune trees to keep them growing. You can see that they were looking at how best to prune the old oak. They're as careful as they can be to avoid damaging other plants and property -- sometimes you can see that after cutting a branch off a tree while high up, they try to aim for the ground in a way that doesn't harm any plants. Their equipment and large team allows them to be more efficient than other tree surgeons. For the first project - a major one that involved taking down about five trees -- , we had already gotten two estimates and we almost didn't get a third estimate. Thank goodness we did! JM Tree could do it less expensively and in much less time than the other tree surgeons could do. The other tree surgeons said the job would take weeks. JM Tree did it in a day or perhaps two, putting a huge crane over our yard to reach the backyard and lift the pieces of trees over the house. We finally chased them off the property and found out that they lied about who this was being done for and calls into Jeremy have not been returned. Great community care guys! NOT happy with the threatening attitude from "supervisor" Denny either. They completely lied about which fiber optic cable company they were hired by and had NO signed paperwork from us nor any work order that they would show. Complaint has been filed with the Seneca Falls Police department with photographs and video of their lies and nasty treatment. After they hacked our 60ft tall arborvitae...they left when we complained that we did not agree to this after assurances to my wife that they were going to carefully trim certain areas NOT slice a 6' tall channel across our 300' wide hedge!!!!!

My husband and I were very hesitant as we knew it was going to be expensive. We decided to get a couple quotes and Chris was the first one to get back to us. We sent him a picture and not only did he give us a very fair quote over the phone but told us he could come the next day! Other tree companies that we reached out to couldn't come to our house until a week later and that was only for a quote. Chris showed up as promised (even though it started to lightly snow) and removed our stump in around 20 minutes. He is professional and his stump grinder is AMAZING (it moves by remote control!). Most others would fell the trees and leave you with all limbs and timber and such to worry about. Not them. They raked all the small twigs and leaves. Chipped all limbs smaller than eight inches and took all the timber as firewood as per my request. I have no use for firewood. I do have a use for the chips. I hired them back in 2017. They came to remove 5 trees. They actually removed 6. They finished and left me the wood chips as I asked for. They cleaned my yard better than anyone else. Since they used their bucket truck on my driveway or hard ground, there was no way even if they tried to leave ruts on my property. I hired them back in 2017. They came to remove 5 trees.
