I'm getting long winded here but the bottom line is, he does outstanding Meticulous work. He was there faithfully every day and did it all by himself. Bottom line ! HE'S HONEST HARD WORKING DEDICATED and VERY REASONABLE! I know by singing his praises I might have to wait in line to get him back for any further remediation.
