After explicit promises to NOT hack our old growth arborvitae hedge in front of our house, they started hacking 4- 5 feet of our the bushes and gave us a "too bad" attitude about the work. We finally chased them off the property and found out that they lied about who this was being done for and calls into Jeremy have not been returned. Great community care guys! NOT happy with the threatening attitude from "supervisor" Denny either. They completely lied about which fiber optic cable company they were hired by and had NO signed paperwork from us nor any work order that they would show. Complaint has been filed with the Seneca Falls Police department with photographs and video of their lies and nasty treatment. After they hacked our 60ft tall arborvitae...they left when we complained that we did not agree to this after assurances to my wife that they were going to carefully trim certain areas NOT slice a 6' tall channel across our 300' wide hedge!!!!! read more

Arnold's Tree Service came to my back yard to clear trees from an adjacent property that were leaning over my property and pool fence. They took the time to explain their method very clearly to me. They were very professional and personable in executing their plan. I have to admit, watching them climb way up into the trees and setting up their rigs is pretty entertaining too! And, they cleaned up all branches left in my yard.
