A few years ago I had four large Poplar trees removed by another company -- it was a fairly stressful experience due to their salesperson's lack of understanding of the job. Dreading that I would have to navigate through the estimate and implementation chaos of several years previous, I kept postponing the trimming of several large limbs from a Locust tree in our backyard.
All the drama and anxiety of the past was thankfully avoided by hiring New Heights.
Jeff Brown was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and professionally courteous. When the crew arrived at my home, they got right to work and shaped up my tree beautifully. Jeff masterfully maneuvered the limbs through power lines, which certainly is not a simple feat.
I can't imagine anyone in their right mind choosing this profession: swinging high above the ground, anchored on a tree limb on a mere cord, chainsaw dangling at their hip! But Jeff did it skillfully, without injury, even allowing us to document the process. (If it's not posted on Insta, it didn't really happen, you know?!)
The crew cleaned-up the backyard well and my husband was in awe of how much more attractive the tree -- and consequently our backyard -- looked afterwards.
Clearly my neighbors were impressed as well. Three of them have subsequently hired New Heights. One of them has had her home on several garden tours and has thanked me more than once for introducing her to New Heights.
Getting tree work done is not an inexpensive venture. When you hire someone make sure they are insured, can provide a detailed estimate, and really know what they are talking about. And, if when you hire New Heights, you can prevent the stress and drama of dealing with a hack with a chainsaw. read more
