Ideal was doing a job one street away from me, the day before I called them, so I noted their number off the truck and called later. He called me back, and after presenting the price for the job (having driven by my house to check it out) I said "great, thanks. I have two other offers and I will discuss it with my wife and let someone know who has the job." A few minutes later he called back with a new offer. It beat the others. I said the job was his. Good businessman. The crew arrived exactly when expected on the agreed day. They were marvelously efficient and practiced good safety. They arrived early with a 4 man crew, who were very experienced and worked very efficiently. They did not drive their trucks into the backyard but rather climbed the trees, cut them in sections and carried them out 150' to chipper on the street. They also raked the lawn to pick up loose branches and leaves. The whole job took 1 hour.
