Dr Seddon is an excellent dentist and importantly a perfectionist…read more I required major dental work on my front four teeth (redoing crowns) that I had put off for years as I never felt comfortable with a dentist and the cosmetic and financial stakes were high. I did a lot of research and came up with Dr. Seddon and his office as the best in Vancouver. I am so happy I chose them. He was meticulous in making sure the crowns were done exactly as I wanted them and was receptive and kind to my many requests for slight alterations. I was also able to go to the lab directly for the last step to ensure it was exactly what I was looking for. I know that this process took Dr. Seddon and his Lab team more time and effort than is typical and many dentists would have not allowed for so many redos. This is the first time I have trusted the dentist (and lab) to create such a great final product. Aside from the product of the crowns, the whole process and many visits were great and I was always impressed by how lovely and professional the entire team was.

My teeth were heavily stained and old crowns and veneers were not covering this well, giving me an odd and far from perfect smile. I can't say enough about the exceptional care I received from Dr. Winter. The first time I met him…read morewas several years ago during what was truly the worst dental pain of my life. I had an agonizing root canal situation--the kind that even hospital morphine couldn't touch. I was in absolute misery. On that particular Saturday, Dr. Winter offered to meet me at his office that very evening or even on the Sunday, just to help me get out of that excruciating pain. What's even more remarkable is that he was even ready to arrange for his staff to come in as well, making sure he and his team could take care of me outside of normal hours. It's incredibly rare to find a dentist willing to go so far above and beyond, especially outside regular hours, and to bring in extra help just to ensure a patient is okay. Dr. Winter not only resolved the issue, but did so with a level of kindness and compassion that is truly extraordinary. If you need a dentist who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, Dr. Winter is the one.

Despite my initial positive experience with Dr. Winter, it gives me no pleasure to write about the…read morereal problems I experienced with his work. Lower Right: Dr. Winter did not inform me that the bridge made by the lab was too long and didn't fit. Instead of returning it back to the lab, he proceeded with its installation by adjusting one of the existing teeth and slicing the side of another one without asking for my permission or even informing me. When the job was done, the bridge was sitting lower than the original teeth used to be, creating quite a visible gap with my upper teeth, and leaving me with pain, which I never had on this side before, and which he was not able to address despite many adjustments he made. The only response from him was: "Just avoid eating on this side." Common sense tells us that one doesn't go to a dentist to do a major work in order to acquire permanent pain. I would never recommend him as a dentist.

She had serious implant work to be completed, and Dr. Lowe wasn't the first dentist we consulted - but he earned the right to be the last. I lost count of the diplomas and certificates Dr. Lowe has for all the post grad training he has completed in cosmetic and implant dentistry. My biggest surprise was sitting in the waiting room next to a big time Hollywood star who had teeth problems while shooting a movie here. Apparently Dr. Lowe is the 'go to' guy locally for the famous cosmetic dentists out of Los Angeles. His low key and friendly manner is the same, whether he is working on an academy award winner or any of us 'regular' folk. In fact, occupying the chair beside the Hollywood star that day in the waiting room was a letter carrier in for a check-up. The service they both received was exactly the same - professional and courteous. Find out for yourself what kind of magic Dr. Lowe can work on your smile. Thank you, Ed!

A childhood trauma with an ahole dentist still makes me nervous, but Dr. Mehio and the team were so kind and so knowledgeable, I can hardly wait to go back. For YEARS my top teeth have been bothering me as they have been getting cramped and crowded with age. My missing teeth and amount of crowns have left me feeling like I don't take care of my teeth - but I DO I SWEAR! For YEARS I've woken up tired, headachey. Dr. Mehio put all this together into a holistic viewpoint, giving a preliminary diagnosis of everything being caused by a misaligned bite. Who knew I had nothing to be ashamed of? That my headaches and sleepless nights could be related! And related to my broken teeth! And painful, sensitive teeth! Dr. Mehio's thoroughness, along with his method of looking at how everything is connected vs isolated symptoms, is result amazing and unfortunately rather unique. He explains the procedures extremely well - before and, most importantly for me, while he's performing them. I also really appreciate not being lectured (as I have been with other dentists) about not going in as soon as I felt there was something wrong with my tooth (the extracted one). Surprisingly, I'm not at all worried about going in for an implant (I'll update after I get it). The rest of the staff have also been really friendly. The reception staff are very welcoming.
