My regular dentist retired so at the recommendation of a friend, I ended up there. I am so thankful to Dr. Maryam and her staff for making my visit a very positive one, especially in these scary COVID times. Dr. Maryam is very kind, gentle, professional - I couldn't have asked for more. The same goes for all the staff. I felt very safe in the office at all times. The office itself is very modern and comfortable, the staff very knowledgeable. I hope I have covered it all. Bottom line is that I have found my new dentist and I will tell everyone I know about this office. Thank you so much to all of you at MAX Dental!

So. I was sorta upset. That my "2" hour back to back appointment for cleaning and X-ray (changed…read moredentist) was going to take "2" visits due to the fact they found it needed more cleaning than could be done in 1 hour. Now the previous dentist I had. They did text to communicate when I first signed up just before covid, but, either that employee did it on her own phone. or they stopped using the service they used to use to text me. either way. they would call me for appointments. and miss me as I was at work couldn't take the call. and when I called back it would go to voicemail. and they don't seem to email. so I got a missed call during work. and by the time I remembered about it and called back they were closed. couldn't recall if I had an appointment that weekend or not but I knew I had one in Aug...... decided I needed to find a dentist that texted emailed and actually answered their phones. so. why did I give them 5 stars when they told me it was 1 visit and now I have to come back for another hour of cleaning? the hygienist.... wouldn't budge. she told me it needed more than 1 hour cleaning. and she wasn't willing to sacrifice my teeth to accommodate my demands. she got receptionist in to talk sense in to me. and when that didn't do the trick they then got the dentist in. to talk to me. and finally I just agreed. NOT because they bully me, but because they cared enough to say NO, no we are not squishing 2 hours of much needed dental cleaning into a 1 hour slot. I am happy they cared enough to stand their ground. I really liked her cleaning pace. I didn't feel apprehensive because I could mentally follow along with where she was cleaning. she rocks! dentist was awesome too. came in. made sure I knew what the game plan is. when I come back again. and what we doing to make sure I stay on top of areas. Koodos to the guy who did my X-rays. it's not easy squishing those wings in there at just the right spot. he took his time. and it went well. I felt good I didn't feel nervous. And the receptionist team were amazing I left them figuring out billing for my two insurance there was something iffy about who to bill how much or something. Hahaha. Don't forget to bill me guys I haven't paid lol Thanks guys. See you saturday for my other cleaning session.

The location is very convenient…read morebecause it is right next to the broadway city hall station and close to many other bus stops. It is located inside the city square mall. The dentist and all the other staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I go there for routine cleaning, they always make sure to follow up with you if its been more than 3 or 4 months since your last clean up. They are not pushy, just gentle reminders which I appreciate. The past weekend I had a massive toothache so I contacted them on a Saturday and they got back to the same day and gave me an appointment for that Monday. When I went in for the check up, they said I needed an emergency root canal and got me in the very next day at another clinic. The MOA called around 4-5 dental centres trying to get me in, really appreciated her efforts. Best part, they direct bill to your insurance company which saves you a lot of the time! Would definitely recommend them for your dental work.

I had NEVER heard of this before, but I went to the specific RMT she mentioned and it was life changing. Seriously. After just one session, my jaw pain was gone. I was so relieved and grateful! I'm stuck like glue to this place! Will make the trip from anywhere. Have sent a few friends, and family members, and everyone has come back raving about their experience. Cleanest feeling teeth I've EVER had, and her hygienists gave me some great advice for keeping my teeth as healthy as I can. My fillings experience was also the easiest I've had. It's never super fun, but at least I want white-knuckling it the whole time. Had somewhere close to a nap, while Galia and her assistant worked their magic. I also have to give a shout out to Blanca, Enhance's receptionist. She's an absolute JOY. What a human being- she's just an incredible delight to deal with. At first they were great with the cleaning services, xrays, etc. (we have full dental insurance) Then I schedule my visit for a cavity I had. Upon my arrival, the nurse proceeded to ask me if I had seen the rubber dental dam before, which I told her ya, about 10 yrs ago. Then she put that medieval contraption on me (so painful every time she inserted the latex in between my teeth with a thick dental floss) PLUS another rubber square thing to keep my teeth open so far back in my mouth I could feel my tonsils touching it. Needless to say, between that and the latex in my mouth and my inability to swallow my own saliva, i was literally chocking to death! Also, they set up the chair in a semi inverted position where my head was lower than my feet, making it impossible to swallow. The anesthesia the dr. put, did not work well, so on top all that stress add the fact that I could feel the pain (she had to add another injection mid work). The minute the dr was done I told her exactly what my experience was all about and asked her to either not use those contraptions on me next time or I was done. She said they are required by law? or something to use them. LIE. I Strongly disagree, I've had my teeth worked on (same treatment) in the US (Los Angeles, New York, Seattle), Spain, Peru, Brazil and NEVER have I had such a traumatizing experience. All these dentists were great at isolating saliva with cotton balls etc. clean work, all the time. I WOULD NEVER PUT A CHILD THROUGH THIS!!! My daughters had treatments in Los Angeles 6 months ago, and the pediatric doctors there did not use those contraptions. Its almost like those straight jackets crazy dentists use to put on kids.... Beware!!
