What a stunning ranch! I came here for a Spartan Race and left with exploring 11 miles through hills and nestled forest areas.

We even got a chance to see a few horses and cows! The wine bar was open during our event and their wine slushy was the perfect amount of ice and sweetness to help beat the heat. Would like to come back to try their other wines.

The Bottom Line: If you're looking for a family friendly atmosphere with great treats, food, and…read morebeverages (the adult ones are delicious) this is your place to go! The atmosphere is amazing! Immediately when we got there we were greeted with some pleasant up beat but relaxing music that played throughout the grounds. I also had the sumptuous chocolate chip cookies that were ever so slightly crunchy on the edges with a gooey soft center! These are on my top 5 of best cookies I've had outside of the ones my wife makes. We also treated ourselves to some adult beverages too which were very fair priced and served to our table with a smile from the owner, Nina! She had made up a batch of fresh peach Bellinis that she had literally made from scratch right on the spot using local peaches - the girls said they were perfectly balanced with being very tasty with just a hint of sweetness so you could have a few and not feel like you were overwhelmed with a sugary taste. The local Hefeweizen was also wonderful! Nina's dad served it up to me and was really nice and down to earth giving us a little family history of how Nina and Drew recently turned this place around, a true Cinderella story at its best! Overall, this is the place you want to be if you're looking for some relaxing fun time with really nice family people who are just pursuing the American dream and bringing us along for the ride. Nina and Drew, we will definitely be back! We hope you have all the success and can't wait for our next visit.

Remember this phrase: Blackberry-Apple sour cream pie. Daaaamnit!!! It is ADDICTIVE! Some of the best pie that I've ever tasted and a gem within Apple Hill. This was my last stop along my recent trip out to Apple Hill. Although it wasn't as eventful as the other two orchards that I visited, the pie was hands down the best! I dropped by about an hour before closing and this place was pretty dead. I'm sure COVID had a lot to do with that, but it was actually nice to not be around a ton of people. Bodhaine serves up some really unique pies. Since I had been feasting all day, I decided to take a few slices home. Got a slice of their blackerry-apple sour cream and a slice of their raspberry apple cream cheese pie. Of course, I had to wash it all down with some delicious cold apple cider. Both pies were tasty, but that blackberry-apple sour cream pie just stole my heart away. It didn't sound all that appealing from the title, but let me tell you... that sh*t was incredible! The tartness of the blackberry mixed with the sweetness of the apples and the creaminess of the sour cream was just straight up heavenly. I actually went back in to grab another slice because I didn't even make it to the car. The lady was laughing at me, but it was funny. The fact that the pie didn't even last a few minutes let's you know that it was good. It was at that point that I should have just purchased a frozen whole pie, but my tummy was honestly full and I wasn't thinking. I did end up getting another slice though, and that one actually did make it home. And damn was it delicious! Next time, I am definitely getting a frozen blackberry-apple sour cream pie or two because it was heavenly. If you're looking for some amazing pies on Apple Hill, Bodhaine won't disappoint.

You will pass the small stop call u-pick scales to check the weight of car going in. After done, they will weight again car out with all veggies you picked. We arrived at 7:20. Not too crowded but upick's opened at 7. There are some people already almost their picking. I saw a lot of buckets filled with serrano chile and cucumbers. ****Everything seems fine until the final part***. There are only 2 car lines using for both way in and out. Also you have to go out with the same scale station when you got in. Which makes the traffic flow slow and busy. There're car waiting right behind us. We're feeling so rush. Whatever number of scale she said we just ok with it without having any doubts for 2 not full bags at 25lbs. As right we got home. We check again the weights of both bags 3 times with home scale. It's ONLY 15-16lbs. I evened take picture of everything i got and ask chatgpt to estimate. The number's same what we just checked at home from around 13-19lbs. I have no idea how's car scales work? Why it added up to 10lbs difference. With the price 50cents/lb for upick is really affordable but then you add up the scale like this is non acceptable! Will be the last visit to this farm. Everyone should know about this thing happened and pay attention to it.
