Concerts especially with a pit = Approximately 19k people. Basketball games = 17,608 people Ambiance - A crazy busy venue. Well, it was sold out. Concerts especially with a pit = Approximately 19k people which still does NOT feel fire safe. Basketball games = 17,608 people. Almost 780k sq ft. Sacramento Kings home court. Parking = $20-100 for events. Plenty of street metered parking for $25, only 2 blocks away. If you preorder your parking, you can get it for $22. Decent amounts of food and drink options. Service - Security was smooth. Long lines but quick. Ushers were friendly. The men's room had an attendant, so clean. But mostly everything is self service. Glad someone opened the emergency exits, because thousands of people waiting to go down an escalator would have taken us over an hour! Price - Depending on your seats. My daughter waited until the last second and got discounted seats + parking, dinner, gas, toll, etc. totalled $200 for our father daughter date. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2016. Even after 10 years of success, your arena still looks new.

Went 2x recently, for the Sacramento Kings Draft Party, and day 1 of the Summer League…read more Located downtown Sacramento, there are plenty of options for parking, most are parking garages within short walking distance, or there is some metered parking that may require a little longer and more adventurous walk to stadium. There is a strict bag policy so be sure to read up on it if you are taking in an event so as not to delay your entry. Going through security is easy enough, voth security. And the ticket scanner/door workers are always pleasant and efficient in processing you into the arena. Both the draft party, and summer league were informal, so most tickets were general admission and your were free to sit almost anywhere(barring the first 3 or 4 rows). (The draft party initially only had 5-7 sections open , but as the crowd grew closer to draft, more sections were opened . There were a few basic concessions open, for water, beer, hot dogs, chicken fingers, pizza, and a few of the other stands. Not all concessions that are normally open for concerts or regular season games were open, but was able to get chicken strips that were pretty good in quantity, and quality with fries and a beer. All in all, was a fun time, and a nice arena.

First Review was a two based on the fact that Beer was not served at the Arena, i don't know of many college venues that do serve beer. his second objection was to the quality of the food at the concession stand. Had he checked he would have found that the dogs and polish are the same as served at most bay area sports venues, and not at 5 or 6 bucks like most bay area venues. Second reviewer problem was with a the size of the arena, and b, the price of food at the concessions. On the first point, look at the cracker jack boxes some of the bay area college teams play in. On the second point, if you want a Costco hot dog, go to Costco. If you go to a sports event, expect to pay sports arena prices, which Spanos compares pretty well on. The facility is a first class place to enjoy a game at, with excellent sight lines, easy access, and reasonable parking for proximity to the center. Add the fact that most events are free to kids under twelve with an adult and it makes it a pretty sweet deal.

This is a unique entertainment venue located seemingly in the middle of nowhere. The amphitheater itself has a unique circular design, and when you first enter, you'll walk right into an area filled with food, drinks, and merchandise vendors. The seating and stage area are laid out in a semicircle, and while the amphitheater isn't huge, it's not overly small either. The layout is designed so you feel relatively close to the stage regardless of where you're sitting. The seats were comfortable for the couple of hours we were there, and the cup holders attached to the seats in front of us were a nice touch. There were also plenty of employees and security personnel around to help direct guests to their seats and keep things orderly. I can't speak much about the parking situation or the road leading into the amphitheater. The road isn't particularly wide, so I could see it becoming pretty bottlenecked when traffic is heavy. My recommendation would be to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. They provide guests with free shuttle service to and from the amphitheater. The shuttles use a dirt road to bypass the traffic and take a direct route to the venue. They also stop traffic to give the shuttles priority, which made getting to and from the venue extremely convenient. For us, staying at the Hard Rock and using the shuttle was absolutely worth it, especially compared with driving, dealing with traffic, and paying for parking. Overall, we had a great experience at the amphitheater and would definitely visit again!

After all that you are rewarded with a horrible parking situation. After that you walk through the dust filled parking lot you wait again to get into the place. The Concert venue and seating itself isn't the worst. But the traffic and parking are so bad that it doesn't even matter. Oh, and if you're thinking of leaving before the last song to beat the crowds...forget it. Everyone else is thinking the same thing. Not recommenced unless 2pac or Kurt Cobain come back and this is the only place they are playing.

The stadium is well-maintained, and the shaded seating is a huge plus during the hot evenings. There's a surprisingly good variety of food, drinks, and dessert options--Burgers, pizza, hotdogs, nachos, tacos, quesadillas, ice cream, snow cones. The atmosphere is always fun and community-oriented, making it more than just a game--it's an experience.

However this one was different, and since I've been here to watch a game, I figured I'd put it on Yelp. I'm surprised there is anything at all in California that isn't already on Yelp, but here you go. When I played my concert at Borders Books in Folsom, and then was invited to watch kiddy sport here, I wasn't too thrilled, but it was a really nice atmosphere, very friendly locals (not stereotypically Californian at all), with great weather and great people, it was just too cute. Definitely a wonderful memory and a really nice high school facility. Go Bulldogs! And if it was the Peoria City Stadium then it'd be in Illinois, but it's not. And to say otherwise would be a Sacrament. Oh. I meant a sacrilege.

My visit to Oracle Park is now at the top of my list of stadium greatness. It started with getting to the ballpark, and that couldn't have been any easier. The B.A.R.T station near my hotel dropped us off literally across the street from the stadium. We saw palm trees lining the street along the front of the stadium. It was a Heineken Zero giveaway night and we had great fun visiting with their cheerful sales team. On a somewhat more serious note, the Giants were honoring childhood cancer survivors and patients, so they were on the field, introduced between innings, and involved with the ceremonial first pitch. We saw the SF Giants play the SD Padres. It was a giveaway night, and we all scored a black and orange Logan Webb football jersey. The food choices all over the park are amazing, and on my son's recommendation, we had a great crab sandwich for dinner. Our seats were just a little down the first base line from home plate, and we had an amazing view of this gorgeous stadium, including the San Francisco Bay and all the boats looking to snag a home run blast into the water. My son came so close to nabbing a foul ball when one banged off a chair, grazed his finger and ended up grabbed by a guy in the row in front of us. San Diego won an exciting game 6-4. We loved every minute of our visit to this beautiful stadium.

Although I am personally a Dodgers fan, I still love coming to Giants and Dodger games when I can at Oracle Park because for the love of the game. These two rival teams are fun to watch in SF. There is a lot of history at this park, starting with the historical baseball figure statues even right outside of the park. These are baseball legends. McCovey Cove is fun to people watch. Those onlookers try to get a ball and there's a pop up bar area. There's also the infamous Coke bottle placed behind the left field bleachers. Notice that Coke products are sold at this park, not the other brand. Overall, check out this park. There's a lot of fun things to do. Don't forget to take your picture next to the giant glove.

We happen to go on a night that they were having a Ports backpack give away and a drone show! We love attending games here. It is such a different atmosphere compared to a MLB game. People are more relaxed, friendly, it's like enjoying a piece of your childhood! Plenty of places to grab drinks, food, beer and even some little baseball helmets with ice cream! We have been before on fireworks night, however, Friday waa a Drone Show! I did not get any pics of the show, it was awesome and perfectly choreographed! A must see! Great atmosphere!

OK SO I am admittedly not a baseball fan but after visiting Banner Island Ballpark to catch a…read moreStockton Ports game, maybe I need to become one! My travel companions are national park people first but baseball aficionados second and they're on a quest to visit as many ballparks as possible. I happily tagged along for this Single-A game, and to my surprise, I absolutely loved it!!! This ballpark is tiny and cute with a cozy feel that makes you feel close to the action no matter where you sit. We even found free street parking just steps away which I would consider a small miracle compared to bigger stadiums. Since we arrived early, one of my friends and I ended up participating in not one but two of the in-between-innings promos and competitions. Did I want to be on the Jumbotron? Not exactly... but when in Stockton, right? I even won a trivia contest and walked away with an adorable little bear which I brought home to give to my friend's son. To top it off, one of my friends got me a baseball for my travel collection and he also gave me the t-shirt he got after winning a blackjack promo, beating the dealer. It was all so fun and silly in the best way. This is definitely a small-town baseball magic that made the whole experience memorable. I think the Ports ended up losing, but oh well! Between the friendly crowd, the quirky promos, and the charm of such a small, intimate ballpark, it was a delightful day. I'm genuinely glad I went and I'd happily come back for another game here!
