We ordered a baked potato on the side to share, which comes with garlic butter. They also brought plain bread slices on the side. The pork ribs were both tender and flavorful. My husband liked the classic dry rub better than the smoked. The salad was crispy thanks to celery slices. The garlic butter on the baked potato was creamy, strong, and addictive.. Slow and low, although I'm guessing since they are baby back ribs, you could also get the job done in 3 hours. But back to the ribs, firm meat (not overcooked), delicious sauce on it. So yes, I'll order them again. We also had the chicken salad. Chicken was good, same sauce as the ribs. Just very little salad, lot's or red onions. Would not recommend the take out salad as a full meal. If you like BBQ this is serious contender in Amsterdam to try out. They also have burgers (meat, veggie) and chicken. The ribs and the burgers (even veggie) were so good. And, that sauce... amazing!! Loved sitting next to the canal and then we walked back through Vondelpark. Half or whole chicken with your choice of a side. Also, it's pretty cheap €14,50 for the half and € 28 for the whole. And for Amsterdam, that's cheap, especially when paying for freshness. The chickens are cooking (where we were sitting) in front of you and it was so juicy and lightly crispy and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. I know it sounds weird but for my side I got apple sauce and don't regret it. When I come back to Amsterdam, I will definitely be coming back here.

The brisket was good, but not as good as I hoped it would be. The meaty part was not as tender as I hoped. I needed my knife to cut it up. The fatty parts were tender sand overall it was pretty good. Apparently the kitchen doesn't open till 6, but they were able to serve me at 5 and I was thankful for that. The meal seemed a little on the pricey side at $29.50 (23.50 euro), but maybe that is the going rate. I'm just visiting so I don't really know prices here. I decided to go here over cafe de klos based on a review I read. Free WiFi is available.
