Staff at the check-in desk are friendly and efficient in registering patients. There are several chairs available in the waiting area until your therapist is ready for you. While there are several rooms for private interaction between patient and therapist, all of the equipment is in one large room with a high ceiling that allows voices and noise to reverberate. My initial evaluation lasted approximately one hour. My assigned therapist, Tom, was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and an attentive listener. I was provided with an initial exercise to begin doing at home, a series of appointments that fit my schedule for the next three weeks, and a link to an internet portal that demonstrated the proper performance of the exercise assigned to me. Hopefully, I'll be updating my review at the end of treatment with equally or even more positive comments along with an improved physical condition.
