I sent them a message asking about several different dresses I wanted to try on - and they were ALL at the shop I quickly made an appointment at this shop, which was a short hour and 15 minute drive from Lancaster. At my appointment (this was pre-COVID), I felt like a princess the entire time. I truly felt like every employee there catered to my specific wants and needs, and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was a burden. Everyone was so happy and willing to help. I also loved that they had a seamstress in-store that I was able to use for my alterations. It definitely helped make me feel more comfortable about the quality of the alterations i was receiving, and my dress could not have turned out more perfectly. I went to Super Shoes and found myself in the middle of a mass selection of work shoes, boots, and sneakers. I was welcomed at the door. I also took my time, making sure not to miss anything pertaining to sizes, colors, comfort, sales, and availability. Yes! I took my time, and no one pulled any high-pressure sales tactics on me. I was able to find something that not only fit the comfort of my foot and style requirements, but also my price point. I had found shoes that offered great percentages off the original price of the merchandise. And finally, when it came to checking out, I had an even better deal than I had anticipated, due to a young lady going by the name of "Danielle". (Yes, I made sure to inquire as to what her name was.) She assisted me with membership discounts, which lowered that final sale price even more! Even the clearance room, which was low on inventory was clean and organized. I was greeted upon entry and when leaving. The cashier was friendly and professional. My only gripes are that this place is dated and out of the way. The parking lot needs alot of attention. There's potholes and it needs repaved. The parking lines are so worn they're hardly visible. I almost parked in a handicap spot because the signage was so worn I didn't see it. Also the prices are high, and they could use a better selection of shoes geared towards elderly folks - with adjustable flaps and Velcro. But if you're looking for something specific - work shoes, boots, Crocs, etc this is your spot. Do join their loyalty program, even if you are not a regular customer chances are you'll still save a buck or two. Worth noting: They have a strict return policy. Make sure they fit before you leave the building and leave the tags intact. If the soles are dirty, even from trying them on at home on a hard floor, they'll deny your return. This is even posted at the register, and trust me they do inspect them well!
