I'm heading into month number six of using their services and I have no complaints. My dog is happy, his anxiety about going to the groomers is going down. We haven't had any incidents of him getting nicked by their tools or his toes getting cut too close to the quick. Their drop off and pick up option makes it flexible enough that I can still have him groomed around my work schedule and that's really important for me.

This business is definitely not male or military friendly. During settling my payment they didn't even want to provide a receipt. The receipt was had written and the employee had tons of distain doing that simple task I being a 28 year military veteran highly recommended you avoid this business with all their demands, no electronic records, and willingness to be combative verbally and nonverbal body language. If I could I would post a sign warning all future customers to avoid Dogma Grooming.

As someone who is not about to attempt clipping toenails aside from my own and with a senior who needs monthly haircuts, this was a crisis. I had visited Woof Gang a few times when they were at their former location, but not since they had moved in front of Fresh Market. It was too vital to entrust this process to online only so I stopped by in person. The team was friendly, helpful, and very patient with my questions. I was still a little nervous as I pulled into the parking lot with the crew, but it was due to me being over worrisome. When the three of them (Charlie had not yet joined us) came out for pick up I almost had tears welling up in my eyes. They were the cutest trio you have ever seen. The haircuts and trims were perfect and the bandanas they were wearing made it a spontaneous photo session. But then along came Charlie. This guy is a senior hospice foster, which means we will love him until he passes in the days/weeks ahead. The shelter labeled him a Shih Tzu, but the groomer thought him to be a Brussels Griffon (the breed Ewoks in the Star Wars movie are modeled after). The grooming was right. When they brought him out he was the most handsome little old Ewok/man you have ever seen. They had cleaned away the matted fur and overgrown nails. All he needed was a cardigan sweater and a pipe. I am deeply grateful to not only have a groomer in place, but one where the team sincerely loves dogs, and most importantly my dogs.

I requested a puppy cut and what I got back was a scalped little girl and the grooming was uneven!! I have never been so inclined to give a ne rating before but apparently she was groomed by someone that didn't know what she they were doing! I have a broken ar and can't ev give her a bath AND wh ma it even worse was because I we had given a picture for them to see what she should look like.
