I have a 4 day work conference in October and needed to do a dry run with my 11 month old pittie. After ***passing*** his 30 minute temperament test (a requirement before they will board your baby), I left him for that weekend while I was home, our first time apart. I was neurotic, he was having a blast. The team sent me videos of him playing the next morning and my heart was warm again. A huge weight lifted off my shoulders. Most importantly, I trust these people. You can't put a price on that. All the staff there are exceptional and care about every one of their pups. Their facility is well laid out, organized and clean. The play yard is also conducive to safety and playtime for my pup. I'll be doing a day care package so he gets socialized. They do it all. Super place and I'm glad I found it.

Did my homework on boarders and this one came highly recommended. They require a temperament test (which is good!), and my dog passed with flying colors. When I picked him up, he was happy, tired, and -- best of all -- didn't stink... which isn't always the case after being around a bunch of dogs for a few nights! Very, very reasonable prices. This place will be my go-to, and I'll probably get my dog groomed here next time he needs a cut too!

Kara created me and took me on a tour of their facility prior to the drop off day. It was nice and clean. I scheduled her for a grooming on the day of pickup. Teri greeted us today as we picked up Bailey. She was perfectly groomed, just as I asked and she was so happy to see us. The facility was clean and the ladies there were very nice and friendly. As we left, we booked another reservation for our next out of town trip. I highly recommend Four Paws for your kenneling and grooming needs.

When I asked why, she said they had to be carried to go out. Now, they are 15 years old, with arthritis and hip dysplasia, which we clarified before boarding there. Plus, they weigh all of 19 and 23 pounds each. Not like they have to pick up a Great Dane. They contracted Kennel Cough during their stay, despite being vaccinated. This wasn't mentioned at all when we picked them up, though we noticed the coughing immediately. The little one has progressed to pneumonia now. I called to try to discuss with the owner but my call wasn't returned. Never again! Especially if your pup has any medical needs or needs a bit of help or is a senior dog-please take them elsewhere for care, and NOT at Four Paws.

I thought having a Husky was a challenge until we got an even bigger, longer haired dog from a colder region of the world. First, you're going to have to call ahead and make an appointment with her and the staff. They take the time to wash and groom only one to two dogs at a time so there's less time in a crate or restrained which is something some dogs are strangers to. Theodore was not crate trained and she kept him in a laundry room so he was still kept apart from the other dog while waiting which was most accommodating of her! Chrissy is the only doggy groomer who offers soothing essential oils that are doggy friendly and aimed towards benefiting the dogs. A grooming session that takes 3 hours at our other place only takes 1.5-2 here with her. I think the lack of waiting is what really cuts down on the time. It's unassuming, homey and tucked away from a lot of foot traffic but very quiet so skittish dogs can really benefit from this place. I want to say a full grooming session for my 75 lbs. long haired white snow dog was $55? maybe $59? Either way, my dog came back to me reasonably happy, injury free (unlike another place) and very nicely styled in a very short amount of time. Any amount of money is worth that piece of mind
