If I could give Jim 100 stars I would. We have always used 3 Day Blinds but when we received Jim's post card at our daughter's condo we thought we should see what he had to offer. Jim is wonderful, great personality, extremely punctual, and VERY GOOD at what he does. We had 4 blinds put in and a patio door cover placed. My husband clocked him at 5 minutes to remove items from boxes and 10 minutes to install.....very clean and quick and most of all, his price was so great that we were able to do it all as we hadn't planned on doing the patio door cover until later due to several quotes being a bit more than we wanted to spend. Bedrooms had shutters, living room had pull shades on bay window and Dutch door. Our bay window has five panels with moldings and I wasn't sure what to put there. Jim recommended putting a shade in each individual window panel so the moldings would still show. We also had our kitchen windows and slider done with roller shades. Jim is simply the best! His professionalism and honesty is 100% why we went with Vango Blinds. He is patient when he is giving quotes, Letting us go back and forth with what we like and don't like, hearing our design needs. He comes prepared with a ipad full of sample photos on how his blinds look, he showed all the fabric samples and textures, and offers advice of what might look best, but he doesn't push his design. He really listens to his customer. We liked that about him! Jim called and told us our custom blinds were ready early, came and installed the blinds a few days before promised. When he arrived (on time) He installed and cleaned up everything within 2 hours (maybe a little less than 2 hours) He is very meticulous, and pays attention to all the little details with his installs. We are so very happy with the results! Vango Pricing couldn't be beat, His work ethic is amazing and he is always on time, right when he says he is going to be there, he is. Jim even let us know if we wanted to do curtains instead of blinds on our doors to the backyard he wouldn't be offended if we wanted to save money there.
