I had the Red Roasted Pork Pho, and ordered it to go because I was staying next door at the Hampton Inn while passing through town. The wonderful lady behind the counter was so sweet and friendly. It's clear that love goes into the food along with the very fresh ingredients. They package the broth separately for transport. Nice. Back in my room I combined the Pho. Wow. The depth of the broth is amazing. The vegetables are fresh and the roasted pork is tender. The flavor combination is perfect. Highly recommended.

The one thing all have in common is that specialty coffee is really sugary. And I'm no stranger to my sugary carmel lattes, but you really taste the coffee quality here and it is FAR better than anything else you'll get it town. The only food options asides sweets and yogurt are the breakfast burritos (egg, cheese, and sausage/bacon/potato). I usually get the bacon egg and cheese burrito when I stop to get coffee during my lunch break. My favorite feature of the coffee shop is the coffee shop itself. I can't overstate how nice this place is compared to any place in town outside the few restaurants on Main Street. I went on a date here once and would recommend this to anyone looking for that first meet up to get to know each other.
