On top of that, the apartment is right next to train tracks, so you constantly hear loud trains throughout the day and night. The noise is enough to disturb sleep and shake the building at times. The walls are also extremely thin, so you can hear neighbors talking, walking around, TVs, music, and doors constantly. There is very little privacy or quiet here. The office staff is also unfriendly and unhelpful anytime you try to discuss concerns. Definitely not worth the price
