I had a wonderful experience and incredible homemade Italian food here!
I was dining solo and Andrea and Vittorio (and the server, Priscilla) were warm and welcoming.
The weather was nice, so I sat outside on their large veranda.
My homemade tortellini/ravioli was stuffed with a creamy parmesan, porcini mushroom mixture that was so delicious, I ordered it again the next night!
The other diners were very friendly and we had some nice conversations.
It is sometimes awkward dining alone and I really appreciated the effort that Andrea and Vittorio went to to make sure I was comfortable and having a nice time. They even introduced me to the diners at the next table who are regular customers.
Dessert was an amazing tiramisu that I still think about.
I hope to get back to Canyamel in the not so distance future and will be dining here for dinner many times again. Thank you for a memorable time! read more
