We ate dinner here a few times during our trip. The chef is from Mexico and the dishes are extremely creative and amazing.
Dinner comes with an aperitivo. The first night it was a pulled Iberian pork slider with manchego cheese. If they served infinity of them I would have eaten them to heart failure. So good. The second time we ate dinner the aperitivo was a spinach tart with black pudding. I don't what that is but it was yummy.
There is a daily prix fixe menu but you need to make a reservation for it before 5PM. The normal menu is very good as well. We had the beef and lamb dishes. Both were great.
The piedras is the best dessert I've ever eaten. No BS'ing. And I don't mean "best" in the millennial sense of "last". read more
