I requested delivery to an alternative Naples address on the following Tuesday, providing simple instructions. However, the items did not arrive, and they attributed the delay to another system error. The person who was doing a favor for me waited all day at their home just for nobody to show, or even give the courtesy of calling me on the phone to say they would not be showing up. My request for compensation on a $30 order was denied, with management claiming that the issue was beyond their control. Although the technical glitch was not their fault, they failed to acknowledge their responsibility for ensuring the smooth functioning of their system. The manner in which they addressed the issue lacked professionalism and was perceived as rude and unaccountable. I was told 200 other customers didn't have a problem and that I was the only one who wants something for free. While they may have attempted to reassure me by citing the lack of similar complaints from other customers, it came across as dismissive and invalidating. Whoever answers their calls and text messages needs to learn it's not what you say, but how you say it. Please work on your interpersonal skills, particularly in addressing customer concerns with empathy and tact.

While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away.
