I was in Dallas, Texas on a business trip. Since my Son's car was loaded-down like all returning college student's cars are, he was unable to get to the donut spare. So, I began a "dialing-for-tires" campaign from the airport in Dallas. After several calls, I ended-up with Parsley's in London, KY. I spoke with Jeff and explained my situation. Having Kids of his own, he understood my plight. In short-order, he advised that he had a tire of the correct size and he could make a trip out to the Interstate and replace the tire. And of course, as fate would have it, this was all about their closing time. Jeff and Jane (I believe it was) were extremely pleasant to deal with and most helpful and understanding. In a time when Customer Service has gone by the wayside; it was refreshing to experience such a willingness to help. I highly recommend Parsley's General Tire in London, KY. - Cape Fisherman from South Carolina

I arrived on time and I was greeted and dealt with immediately. After checking in, it's time to play the waiting game. I was told it would take two hours to complete my XT6's service. Everyone is kind and attentive to every customer's needs. I highly recommend Tire Discounters for your vehicles needs.
