Value village is pretty well known so I don't need to tell you what to expect. There's tons of stuff here and when I went in looking for a few rather small, obscure items, I lucked out and found them all. The only reason I take away one star is because they believe every knock off with a logo is an actual Chanel or Gucci or whatever and make the prices ridiculous on them. Anything with any sort of brand is grossly overpriced- although it's not as bad as it is in some places so- meh There are a lot of good finds here, the people running the tills seem friendly, the people stocking the shelves were distracted but once I caught their attention they were cool. Also, they were very nice about helping me with my bags etc Downside: the parking lot seems to always be chaos and the place is usually crowded and loud. It's definitely popular, I guess ‍ Some of the clothing are dirty and I don't think they should be put out without a wash or something. Really overpriced for a thrift store! Have seen blue jeans with prices more than they were from the original store that they came from! This particular store has been increasing the prices over the past few years which make it unaffordable to shop at. Too bad as it is in a good location. read more

This place is a rip-off. They get stuff donated, and then turn around and jack up prices on things they believe to be "of value." They are horribly wrong on most things. I feel like I need a tetanus shot and delousing after going in there. What a joke. read more

This place is an ESSENTIAL store in my life. I come here weekly-there's always new stuff to root through! Whether it's for costumes or I'm attempting to update my wardrobe, or even just browsing on a whim, VV has it all. Clothes are almost always in good shape, and sometimes they are a little overpriced but in my opinion, if it's not under $10, it's not worth it! :) I'm pretty cheap when it comes to thrift stores. They have a great selection of books and old VHS tapes that make me so nostalgic when I'm browsing through them. Can't go wrong with a good thrift store! Especially one this big. read more
