Went in this morning to buy some nightmare before Christmas displace they had .. I went to get them…read morethey were all priced at 15.00 except one it didn't have a price:( store manager Paul told me he couldn't sell it because it wasn't priced.( I understand) I then asked him if I can get a call when it was priced and I will come back to pick it up or I can wait around for it to get priced.. he was very rude and said " I don't know when it will be priced it could be today , tomorrow or a month . I said that was fine but, can you at lease call me and I will come back for it .. he said NO! I was kinda surprised how rude he was because everyone that work there are so sweet .. I love to donate there as much as possible: I don't know if Paul was having a bad morning or if he's like that all the time. Never seen him there before.

the patton house is my all time favorite thrift store!! everything is so cheap and i always find…read moresuch nice things! a majority of my wardrobe consists of clothes i got here. one half of the store is a gift shop with crafts and books made by local springville artists and the other half is the thrift shop. there's also some books out on the porch. they restock on seasonal clothing during summer and autumn. the volunteer workers are such kind and friendly women. not to mention how beautiful the exterior is; outside in the backyard is a lovely gazebo and some flower bushes. since the shop is ran by the springville community club, they often have events going on. i recently signed up to help out with the book talk tea event. i hope to soon join the club myself one day
