You get your own utensils, your own drink and refills, and you order at the counter. The audacity of starting the tipping buttons at 20% for that is insane. It's part of a greedy mindset that turns me off from any fast -casual business that would do this. And that's asking for a minimum of 20% off a fairly expensive meal. I don't blame the restaurant for that. Everything is expensive these days, but I certainly wouldn't call the food a value, just on the expensive side of fair.

We ordered Rocco's pie. When my husband ordered it. He asked to have it cut and that request gave me a flashback to our trip to Naples a few years ago. My husband laughed at me as I tried to put a slice on a plate because you can't do it. Which is truly authentic. In Naples you eat pizza with a knife and fork because the crust is paper thin in the middle. And the outer crust is eaten more like a piece of chewy bread to sop up the sauce. This place is the real deal. Even the salt & pepper is imported from Cheflu. The crust had a lite crunch on the outside and chewy center, the sauce had the perfect amount of bite to it, the ricotta was soft and fresh. Very delightful experience!
