I pay someone else to do them four times the amount that they just charged me and it still was not done correctly. They were nice enough that they told me what was wrong. I warned Lauren, the woman helping me, that I wasn't ready to purchase. She still was more than willing to answer all my questions and even gave me her business card to email her if I thought of anything else. She was again really helpful when I emailed her a few weeks later. I bought a used Genuine Buddy on her advice. And I love it! I more recently brought my scooter in because it wasn't running. I actually got there too early and the owner was there. He was really nice and willing to check it out before they opened. I filled out the paperwork and they got it working just a few hours later! Will definitely be back for all my scooter related needs as long as I'm in Atlanta.

Upon arrival a gentleman stopped me and asked if he could help. I told him I was there to have tires put on and he laughed and said come back in 2 hours. When I questioned why he told me that the tire company had one bay and he showed up when he wanted. I went to More Miles Tires on Gresham and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Styles has an unresponsive phone number with a full message box so you can't even contact them.

So I started looking around for other places. I came across styles. I caught up. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice. Gave me a quote for a tire they had ready for me. I left Walmart drove right over and within 20 minutes or so I was in and out with a great tire on my car. If you need a new tire or a used tire, I highly recommend coming here very affordable, friendly and fast. I'll be back soon. Thank you.

Go somewhere else! The first red flag is that he works out of his garage at home. The second is…read morethat he charges in advance of doing any work. I told him my ZX14R skips at around 6,000 rpm since the lowering kit broke when I hit a pothole. The controller wires inside the tailpiece got abrasions when the tire wore through the plastic rear fender. He said he's experienced that before, and it's always trash in the fuel pump. After a day, he calls to say the fuel pump needs to be replaced. Then he calls again the next day to say that the gas tank has a lot of debris and should have a thorough rust removal and cleaning. That takes days to dry out. OMG, the price keeps going up but in for a penny in for a pound. After a few days, he calls to say it's ready. I ask if the test drove it, and he says he can't ride it that fast. I will have to come and pick it up and test it myself. Long drive to Conyers. At only 55 mph, it still skips as before, and I've been too trusting and paid for nothing. When I call and tell him he says it's an electrical problem and he's not that good with electrical issues and I should take it somewhere else. DUAH!!! I told you that it was an electrical problem when I brought it to you. I still have the same problem after you made over $300. For all I know, you just kept my bike in your garage for a week and did nothing to it. I want a refund. He doesn't want to give me a refund because of all the work he did. BULL SHIRT !!! You did busy work because of an overconfident yet mistaken diagnosis that I told you about in the first place. It ended without going to court or jail when I accepted a partial refund minus the price of an unneeded fuel pump. In summary, recognize the red flags and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The manager (perhaps Jay) quoted a price that was not much greater than either separate service. Jay's stated my repair immediately. I was there less than an hour. I walked the neighborhood during the hour (magnificent, historic trees, well worth seeing). Fellow customers were driving a Mercedes and a Bentley (ie, upscale clientele). At the end of the hour, the pretty receptionist was friendly. She gave me a written guarantee that I expected to use within the next few days. To my surprise and delight, the wheel has held its air for a month. No guarantee needed. What would I do differently? My wheel does have a rash. Somehow, I expected the crack and dent repairs to include cosmetic rehabilitation and perhaps even a sponge bath. If I had a do over, I would ask Jay's for the additional cost of curb-rash repair and a thorough cleaning.
