I gave her the 4 prescriptions I needed on Feb 20. I didn't hear anything all week, so on Feb 27; I called to check on the status of my 3 blood pressure meds and 1 anxiety prescription. I was told they had no idea I needed refills and they would fill them right away. Again, I never heard anything from pharmacy or doctor, so I called again on Mar 6. The young lady told me they didn't have any record of me needing refills. So once again, I went through the prescriptions and was assured again that they would refill. I didn't want to wait a week again, so I called today Mar 9. No records of my prescription refill requested. Finally I was told the dr had responded to refill request and I needed to make an appt with doctor. Really? Unbelievabl! I will have the doctor move my prescriptions to CVS, Renshaw's, S&J Pharmacy, or one of the many pharmacies where they WANT to keep your prescriptions on a consistent schedule and I won't be 3 weeks without meds. They are fully stocked here with a lot of stuff. There's a lot of people using self check out, but I like a real cashier.
