Long story short after a phone call and going down there for the manager to a look at it he still feels his mechanic was in the right and felt the fluid was definitely dirty. Not only did they not properly do the oil change as I immediately saw an oil maintenance required…read morenotification AFTER I got the car back from them, because they are clearly too incompetent to know how to reset the reminder in my car, but they also managed to damaged my wheel lock key. Also, after my service was done, they told me after their driver gets back they still wouldn't be able to come pick me up (I live 2 minutes away) because they had to go get someone else. They were unwilling to take a 2 minute detour for a customer whose service was completed because their other customer mattered more I guess. And so I just walked there to pick up my car and I noticed that when the driver did get back, he didn't go anywhere for over 20 minutes, so I guess they just didn't want a brown guy sitting in their car. I went to them to give them an opportunity to take accountability and apologize for damaging my property, but they were incredibly rude and disrespectful to me even though I was willing to move on had they taken accountability and apologized for the property damage they caused. However, they lack the integrity and honesty to do just that and so I feel it is important to let everyone in my community know just what kind of disrespectful and dishonest people these guys are. Oh and their prices are just scams, there's much better service for more affordable prices in the valley, but that's irrelevant to my dissatisfaction.
