I knew it was a big ask and she certainly delivered. She was careful and knowledgeable every step of the way to keep my hair as healthy as possible. I don't know how it's possible that my hair feels healthier in some ways but she is an angel that makes magic happen! It took three visits to the salon to get my hair to the color I wanted safely. She kept me informed every step of the way of what was happening and recommended products to help my hair stay on track. I walked away feeling absolutely gorgeous even during the in-betweens stages. Apparently she had other patrons scheduled around the same time because she was working on them around working on me. Adding insult to injury, I was very disappointed with the outcome of my hair. It was not even remotely close to what I wanted and to what she said she could do. She could have been a little more professional by not scheduling me for a time when she knew had other appointments scheduled and by doing my hair as she said she could do. She also could have been a little bit more professional by staying off her phone. Needless to say this was a very upsetting experience for me, more so because she knew I was coming to her because of my upcoming special occasion.
