It was AMAZING! We (church lady's retreat) came on September 15th. The instructors, Chad, Hunter, Dale, Sara and Mark were the BEST!! They were so sweet and nice and made us feel safe and secure the whole time! Such a good time and they were all so patient and encouraging to a few that were a bit scared. It was so much fun, I'd do it again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly. The staff and the lines are the BEST! You have to try it; you will not regret it! This is a family-run business that is first class all the way! We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and welcomed. Then we were instructed and assisted on the course by Dale and Trevor who are amazing personalities and guides. This zipline course is a blast and is the real deal. This is a must if you are visiting in the area! read more

We had the best time at Valley Zipline Tours! The staff was amazinggggg and the whole group had fun- ages 10-43

We visited on April 2, 2022, for my friend's 60th birthday. We had never been zip lining, so we didn't know what to expect. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! I was very nervous throughout the experience, but the staff did a fabulous job taking care of all of us. I highly recommend Valley Zipline to anyone who wants an exciting and thrilling experience. Tips for newbies like us; there are some ladder type devices that must be climbed. Some of them were kind of intimidating. If you are in poor physical health, then this may not be the adventure for you. Make sure you pay close attention to the guides' instructions-they are there to help you have a safe and thrilling adventure, Finally, remember to tip. The staff works extremely hard!! read more

My nephew and I had a blast at Valley Zipline Tours! This family owned business was perfect for both first timers and seasoned veterans of the sport. Our guides were fantastic. They started us out on some easy lines with clear instructions for how to get started. Then as we moved from line to line, they gave us additional tips to enhance our experience. Do yourself a favor and make this part of your next trip! read more

3 out of 7 of our group had never zip lined. 2 of those were height-averse. Both our instructors helped us enjoy the experience through their careful instructions and humor. It was an awesome experience and I am no longer averse to heights if I am well-harnessed! read more

I would highly recommend this business. My family had a blast zip lining with them. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little Leary about letting my 10 year old go but they were great with her and went with her on the ropes she couldn't get across on her own. They also take photographs along the way that you can view and purchase at the end. read more

Excellent experience. The owner was very personable and friendly. The guides were friendly, kind, and helpful. They explain everything you need to know and how to be safe. My family of four (two children ages 11 and 15) booked online the night before. The owner said he keeps the scheduled times to groups of eight. There were only two other people with us at our scheduled time. The price was reasonable compared to other places in the area. The place is easy to find using GPS. The big sign at the road was helpful to let you know you are at the correct driveway. The facility is very well maintained. The restrooms were very clean. The zip line harness, gloves, and helmet are all in excellent condition and well maintained. We started our tour on time and were done in an hour and fifteen minutes. The pictures are definitely worth the additional charge of $35! Highly recommend you give this business a try! read more

This place is amazing! Took our son for his 11th birthday. He had an amazing time. The guides were great, they made the experience even better. All the staff there were super nice! Faced my fear of heights with the help of staff, guides and of course my family that went with me. We will definitely be going again! The best part was there was not a alot of people. It was out group of 5 plus another group of 2. read more

The location is beautiful! The guides were entertaining and so helpful. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Living Social promotion to use at Valley Zipline. The process of making a reservation over the phone with my voucher was super easy and the man I chatted with was very friendly. Bf & I had never ziplined so we weren't sure what to expect. Valley Zipline has their stuff together -- running smoothly on schedule and making sure group sizes remained manageable and fun for everyone. Our main guide (Chris, I think?) was so friendly and encouraging to us first-timers. He was especially great with the kids in our group (10 & 12), clearly explaining the how-to and making sure any fears or anxieties were nonexistent. We had so much fun! The only bummer was that our Living Social deal got us into the Treetop tour only (shorter lines), and by the end I was wanting to zip around all day. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, chill and really into other people having fun doing something new. I would definitely recommend Valley Zipline Tours to anyone, especially those who are new to ziplining! read more

One of the best zip line tours I have had. The guides were informative and had a really good sense of humor.

Really fun time. Staff was great and a lot of fun. It was a 2 1/2 hour drive for us and it was totally worth it!

My husband and adult children/ spouses went in late March and had a great time. Long ziplines over water and a long course that went the full 3 hours and was very scenic. Guides were very good and made sure every one was safe and had a good time. One member of the party was surprised to find you had to repel down at the end, but she made it and thought it was fun afterall. Owner gave us the Groupon price since it was early in the season which was nice. Only thing to be aware of is that you don't go super fast, after all this is OH and not the Rockies, but still fun and good family outing. read more
