I was so impressed with the service I purchased my own E bike, which I am absolutely delighted with. All of the sales associates that helped me throughout the whole experience were patient, kind and explained everything to me and great detail, which was helpful because I am a new rider. I should also mention that I shopped around quite a bit and no experience matched the one I had with the folks from Paradise Garage. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase and the entire experience.

The customer service, knowledge and patience I received from Emily, Dan and Will was unparalleled. I purchased a Surly Karate Monkey hardtail, which was my first mountain bike. I had done considerable research, but many questions remained. Sizing was my first concern. Emily brought out her own Karate Monkey, which confirmed the correct size for me; and because I had decided to upgrade the tires, Dan and Will spent considerable time helping me choose which tires would be best for both front and rear. Once the bike arrived, Dan assured a proper fit. He also made certain my compression front fork was adjusted properly and that I understood how to experiment with various settings to maximize its benefit. The folks at Paradise Garage make the experience of buying a new bicycle comfortable, enlightening and fun, as it should be.

I was a sober participant and as such I was able to see how patient he was even when the group got more "rowdy" as the evening progressed. The carts have shelves on top, a space in the middle for people to "bartend" and a cooler/ keg hookup. Protip for future groups- bring water and drink it because pedaling makes you sweat or at a minimum dehydrate and that can speed up the process of "party mode". Clearly I'm the mlm of the group and have no shame Thanks for a good time!

Finally, we got in touch with them and they had given our spot away, with no explanation. We were planning an out of town field trip with our young students and 2 days before driving 2 hours for our tour, we had to quickly make other plans. The office is hard to get in touch with and impossible to book with. I am sure the experience would have been great, but we will never know.

Stopped by yesterday to check out this newish store but they were closed. By appointment only on…read moreMonday and Tuesday. Weird. Came back today to see what it was all about. Turns out this isn't your average bike store; it's super specialized, electric bikes only. Currently the stock is pretty slim, only two brands, but more are expected down the road. They will also eventually service electric bikes. Other than a few helmets, the store didn't appear to carry anything other than bikes. From the sound of it, it might stay that way. The owner, I presume, was very friendly and helpful and answered a slew of questions about power, production, country of origin, etc. I hope they prosper. With such a slim selection, this may not be easy, but two sales a month will probably cover rent. Average price tag was $1500.

This was our first time in Columbus after seeing it listed as a "must do" in the city. We were on a weekday so the area was still fairly empty so we had lots of room to maneuver as we drove through the downtown area. David is knowledgeable of the area and the history and is also entertaining to hear as He tells the stories of Columbus, mixed in with a few "dad jokes" that are good for a laugh. I believe it is still WAY too pricy, especially with the way the economy is today. But the food is much better, I ordered the Patriot burger and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Issue is, it was $20. 3 stars because the taste of everything was great, but I do feel that you could have as good a burger at Five Guys and also save money. Drinks there never fail
