Our tour started outside Goody Boy then went down and stopped at the lights around the Commons. Then on the way back from the Commons we stopped at a Christmas bar before being dropped off where we started. It was a very fun time and a great way to see downtown Columbus lit up for the holiday season! The trolley itself sat 15 guests. Six on each side and three in a large seat in the back. Trolley Pub Columbus provides a driver, a cooler with ice, helmets if requested, Bluetooth speakers, and blankets for the people not pedaling on the bench (cause it's pretty cold.) The electric trolley we rode on had pedals, but it wasn't really necessary to pedal, as well as seatbelts and a plastic tarp to keep out the wind. I really appreciated the plastic tarp. Our driver Devon "D Dog" was very friendly and really just felt like another friend hanging out. It was definitely a fun time and I look forward to making this a yearly tradition with my friends.

From start to finish Trolley Pub Columbus was great to work with. We did a ladies private Holiday lights tour and has an absolute blast. Amazing communication from the very start and followed up by email and text throughout our ride. Captain Noah was very informative and punctual. Explained the ride very well and made sure we got all the destinations we wanted to see. Highly recommend Trolley Pub Columbus for your next group outing!

Wow! What a blast! Joe, a.k.a., Captain Julio, was an excellent trolley guide/driver. The trolley was really nice, and like new. It was really cheap for how much fun we had. My friends and I can't wait to do it again. Highly recommend!

I did a private tour with Craft Connection for the bachelorette party for my soon to be sister-in-law. I wasn't looking forward to the experience at all because 1) I don't drink, 2) I'm an introvert, and 3) the only people I would know going into this experience were my sister and the bride-to-be. I truly expected this to be the worst way to spend a Saturday night, not to mention, the price for the non-drinker like myself was still expensive at $35. I was in for a pleasant surprise. Our tour guide John arrived right on time at our starting point, came into the house, had us all sign a waiver, and put us on the bus. The bus comfortably sat all 12 of us with a couple of open seats. John explained the rules of the bus: most of the rules would not be strictly enforced with the exception of one - absolutely no Justin Bieber songs were to be played. Inside the bus was a cooler with little water bottles (help yourself!) and also served as the place to put any beer brought on board. Pro-tip: If you're into that kind of thing, bringing beer onboard the bus is highly encouraged to keep the party going. There was also a small cabinet on the bus with snacks inside (again, help yourself!) but another pro-tip is to bring snacks along because there will be a lot of beer consumed and you will definitely want some food on your stomach. On each of the seats was a green cup, which was to serve as our beer cup at each of the three breweries we were about to visit. Before we left for our first destination, John appointed a DJ and had her connect her phone to the bluetooth to have some tunes for the ride. Our three destinations were Blank Slate, 50 West, and Rheingeist. At each of the breweries, John picked the first 3 beers based on what he likes, what is easy to drink, what the brewery is known for, or based on what he thinks the group collectively will like. The first three beers are presented in a pitcher, and John pour for everyone and gives a brief explanation of the chosen beer and the flavors you will taste. At each location we were also treated to a brief behind the scenes experience where we learned a little bit about the brewing process. We were also given plenty of time at each brewery to sit and socialize and enjoy the flavors of the beers. The fourth beer was chosen by someone in the group and filled into a growler, to be consumed on the bus on the way to the next stop. PLEASE do not forget to bring your ID - some of the breweries might require photo ID to enter (I'm looking at you Rheingeist) and if you don't show your ID you aren't allowed to drink inside the brewery. At the end of the tour, the bus will drop you off at whatever location you choose: back home where the party started or at a separate location to keep the party going. I cannot say enough good things about John. He was filled to the brim with personality and extremely quick witted. I was also impressed with his vast knowledge of beer, in general, as well as the brewing processes. I might have learned a thing or two from him. John treated all of us as old friends and was participating in all of the festivities, including a super hilarious bachelorette party game. I'm pretty sure he had as much fun as our group did!

Booking was a breeze and the price point is fantastic for everything you get on your tour. They'll even pick up or drop off anywhere you'd like which is so convenient for larger groups like ours. We tried booking with Cincy Brew Bus initially but it was horrible, way more expensive and the person I emailed was not very friendly or helpful. They also canceled our reservation less than a month away from our party because they "couldn't find us a driver". Don't waste your time with them, go straight to Craft Connection, they're amazing!

What was a problem was after payment was dropped off to a secondary business that the partners of SNTC own as well because that is the address on the SNTC contract, communication with anyone from SNTC was nearly impossible, and THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. I would initiate every conversation that concerned my reservation from receipt of check, confirmation of the reservation (10 days prior to the date of wedding), and asking to connect with our trolley driver to plan out logistics multiple times only to have that request pushed off until July 25th were I would ask to connect with our driver via email with no response. Many of my emails would be (from my perspective) ignored. All of my phone calls would go unanswered and only one voice message was ever returned with a proper phone call from the owner. I would confirm our reservation for August 1st on July 21st. The owner would confirm for me that we were on their schedule on July 23rd and that would be the last time that I heard from the SNTC until August 4th when I finally had an email from the owner responding to my email from August 2nd describing the reality that his company didn't show up, apologizing for the mishap, placing all responsibility on his logistics service partner for no-showing, and asking for an address to mail a check back to me. I called SNTC 3 or 4 times on my wedding day! Completely unacceptable!!! I had ZERO reason to believe that the check would actually be put in the mail; so I would repeatedly have to ask to come down to the downtown office (not the gym) to pick up the check in person and talk with the owner and the logistics service partner to discuss what happened with our reservation. Eventually, I would end up texting the owner to coordinate a conversation and refund. Ultimately, the owner ended up sending my refund via venmo due to his busy schedule and not wanting to hold up my refund - this I can appreciate and was thankful for. As for the conversation with him and his logistics service partner, that probably won't ever happen. Haven't heard from him or any other company rep since 8/4/2021. I would exercise extreme caution in using SNTC. I am not the only customer they have stood up and I made the mistake in thinking that accidents happen - no showing a customer wouldn't happen twice by the same company. It did and our entire guest list (144 people) plus other vendors and our venue all know what transportation company to avoid in the future.
