The customer service, knowledge and patience I received from Emily, Dan and Will was unparalleled. I purchased a Surly Karate Monkey hardtail, which was my first mountain bike. I had done considerable research, but many questions remained. Sizing was my first concern. Emily brought out her own Karate Monkey, which confirmed the correct size for me; and because I had decided to upgrade the tires, Dan and Will spent considerable time helping me choose which tires would be best for both front and rear. Once the bike arrived, Dan assured a proper fit. He also made certain my compression front fork was adjusted properly and that I understood how to experiment with various settings to maximize its benefit. The folks at Paradise Garage make the experience of buying a new bicycle comfortable, enlightening and fun, as it should be.

My most recent visit was to buy a free standing bike pump to have on hand at home. Both employees in the shop were quick to show me where the pumps were and to suggest one. I always buy what they suggest. They have never steered me in the wrong direction yet. It was a quick visit today, but I am planning on buying my husband a new bike in the new year and Paradise Garage will be my go to for that. When I got home I was extremely pleased with my purchase. The new bike pump pumped up our tires perfectly. If you are a biker and you have not been to Paradise Garage yet please give them a chance. The employees, the service department, and the products are phenomenal and fairly priced. You will fall in love with them like we have.

I was a sober participant and as such I was able to see how patient he was even when the group got more "rowdy" as the evening progressed. The carts have shelves on top, a space in the middle for people to "bartend" and a cooler/ keg hookup. Protip for future groups- bring water and drink it because pedaling makes you sweat or at a minimum dehydrate and that can speed up the process of "party mode". We were planning an out of town field trip with our young students and 2 days before driving 2 hours for our tour, we had to quickly make other plans. The office is hard to get in touch with and impossible to book with. I am sure the experience would have been great, but we will never know.

All their bikes are of great quality and for a good price all things considered. The bikes are made at manufactures where all the worker are paid well which is why they are a bit higher. You can feel good about buying a bike from here on both the manufacturing and local level. The people that work there are passionate about bikes and customer. They know eBikes, this is their specialty unlike some other places. Great people great product.

We were on a weekday so the area was still fairly empty so we had lots of room to maneuver as we drove through the downtown area. David is knowledgeable of the area and the history and is also entertaining to hear as He tells the stories of Columbus, mixed in with a few "dad jokes" that are good for a laugh. My only suggestion is related the the music: at 8:00pm they played the "closing time" song, and my friend and I quickly finished our drinks and prepared to leave, and then found out that the restaurant is actually open until 10pm. We both see the song as the universal "please leave" song of bars and restaurants, so maybe best to avoid the confusion in the future.

I believe it is still WAY too pricy, especially with the way the economy is today. But the food is much better, I ordered the Patriot burger and it was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Issue is, it was $20. 3 stars because the taste of everything was great, but I do feel that you could have as good a burger at Five Guys and also save money. Drinks there never fail
