I've never enjoyed yoga, so I thought I would give Pilates a try. As someone who has never been particularly flexible, though, I'll admit that I was a little nervous. I booked my first private appointment to learn the ropes, and I had a wonderful experience. Andrea is a great instructor-- encouraging and helpful. She knows just when to push me, and she makes adjustments to ensure that I'm not cheating on the reformer (I have one side that is stronger than the other, and she keeps a close eye on my form). I'm totally hooked now-- I've been doing private seasons twice a week for two months, and I've even been in for a group session that I also loved (Kristine is also a fantastic instructor). The studio is clean, spacious, and bright (lots of natural light, which I love). Even in a group setting you don't feel like you are on top of anyone else, and if you have a private session booked while there are other sessions in progress there are two private rooms. The equipment is clean and in great shape, and everyone is very friendly and welcoming (regardless of your ability). I'm just so pleased that I found this gem so close to home!

I think the instructor was Krista but not 100% sure... but she was really great though. Also loved the music playlist & whole overall vibe. Excited to return & try more classes whenever I'm in town visiting family. (The studio is located around back not off the main street how it seemed on the map. It was Sunday so everything seemed deserted but then walked around the side & back... there's a parking lot that the studio opens up from.)

It was my first time here and staff were affable and respectful. Facility is clean and organized. I came to workout and play some basketball. I really enjoyed my experience here.
