    J & J Quality Construction

We recently wrapped up an extensive kitchen remodel with J & J Quality Construction, and we…read morecouldn't be happier with the entire experience. The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every single day, construction debris was picked up, and the crew was extremely conscientious about keeping the space as livable as possible. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort. We highly recommend J & J Quality Construction for any project--from a remodel to a home expansion. You will not be disappointed.

We were even able to sit with and adjust the electronic designs in their studio. They subcontracted with a painter who did great work and was really easy to work with. The guys from J&J were responsive and did things when they said they would. We were not super picky, but when we asked them to move a knob or drill an additional hole, they were happy to do it. We are very happy with their work and will go with them next time we want to get something done.

The owner is a liar and the company front doors are closed. They don't even pay out their reps. Stay away at all cost.

Earlier this year we lease $30,000 worth of solar panel panels. A representative named Will came…read moreout and spoke to us about the benefits of solar panels. I explained to Will that we were purchasing a fully EV SUV and we wanted enough solar panels to make sure that we can charge at home. Originally our PG&E bill came out to about $120 per month. After leasing the solar panels, we started paying $188 monthly for the lease. It took three months for the panels to even be turned on. To my surprise, once they were turned on and we began charging our new car our monthly bill of $188 resumed and our PG&E bill jumped to $290 per month. I spoke and emailed Kassandra at LE homes about the issue and she essentially told me there was nothing I could do. I contacted Will and emailed Kassandra again and they both stopped writing me back. I feel at this point that I have been robbed by this company. We do not use our heater and we are hardly ever home so obviously the $30,000 in panels that were released is not enough to charge one car. My next step is to report this to the Better Business Bureau. Whatever you do, do your research and do not use this company to purchase solar panels. I will also be filing a claim on the contractors license bond for this company.
