The first project was a new fence and motorized gate about 5 years ago (it looks just as amazing now as it did the day they completed it)- from start to finish, the TH team was very knowledeable, gave us many options, were always prompt in both showing up when they said they would, and returning inquiries and other phone calls. Their workspace was always clean and thoughtful for our pets and family to traverse to and from the house while they worked on the project. And most importantly, the finished gate and fences were clean, high quality and polished... and better than we imagined! Our second project we just finished this past month was our deck (and roofing as our garage sits underneath our deck). They replaced our leaky wooden deck with new beams, proofing/coating, tiles this time (the whole nine) and it is perfect- complete with polished iron, a side gate to match our existing gates/aesthetic and touch ups where needed. Tal was very transpararent from the beginning and made us aware of the pros and cons for every material and promptly finished the whole project within two weeks. He went above and beyond-communicated every step of the way. We trust them with any home project and would hire him and his team again in a heartbeat.

I had two wooden manual gates that I constantly had to open, and I reached the point where I was…read morecompletely tired of doing it by hand. I decided to find a few vendors to install automatic gates for me, and I knew I wanted aluminum because it is much lighter and requires far less maintenance. I always have my assistant contact at least three vendors to compare pricing and to get a sense of whether they are truly knowledgeable. My assistant found two of the vendors and I gave her the information for IRON MEN gates to schedule the appointment. From the moment Elad came out on day one, I was extremely impressed. He has a genuine, down-to-earth personality, and he was serious, professional and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the project - exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my gate. The other vendors were much more focused on sales and pitching, rather than taking the time during the initial walkthrough to thoroughly review what I wanted. Elad's proposal was also significantly better in quality and detail. The turnaround time was fast, and it included clear drawings and detailed information about what would be done--something I had not seen from any other vendor I've hired for work around my house. At that point, I knew I wanted to move forward with them. There was some negotiation on pricing, but ultimately I felt the final cost was absolutely worth it. Once I signed the proposal, everything went into motion immediately. They ordered the materials and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process. Elad responded quickly whenever I reached out, and when questions or concern came up, he always had solutions and worked with me. I also had several change orders. They were very patient and accommodating, and importantly, they handled my requests without delaying the completion date by an additional month (which is common with many vendors). They were able to schedule everything effectively and still complete my gates with minimal delays. Every team member who came out -- electrician, the two smooth stucco pillars crew, and the aluminum gate installation team -- was professional, polite, and respectful. Construction projects are stressful by nature, but they were genuinely the easiest vendor I have ever worked with. The best part is that my aluminum gates look incredible. Everyone who passes by my home has commented on how good they look. I have only left a few reviews in my lifetime, and I rarely do unless a vendor truly exceeds expectations. I am very particular and somewhat of a perfectionist, so it was not easy for me to find someone I considered exceptional --but this was absolutely one of those cases. Elad listened carefully to what I wanted to create and brought it to life. They completely out-shined, out-performed, and out-classed them all. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be a returning customer!!!

My condo balcony needed resurfacing/waterproofing. Yuval was thorough and communicative throughout…read morethe process, and remained patient even when it took almost 2 months to get HOA approval. When I told them another company had provided a lower quote but couldn't guarantee no "surprise" expenses, Image Outdoor came back within 30 minutes with a revised offer and promise that any difference in material costs would be covered. As someone with only the vaguest idea of what a project like this actually entails, that level of transparency made the decision easy for me. A clear, confident answer was provided for every question I thought to ask as well as a few I would never have thought to ask, and the work was completed on time and within budget. I'd gladly recommend Image Outdoor for any balcony or deck work, especially in a condo or multi-unit setting where the stakes are a little higher. PS: I didn't attach an image because there just isn't much to see considering all the "real" work is hidden below the new surface -- the balcony once again feels safe/solid and is not allowing water to pool, which isn't glamourous but is exactly what I needed!

Update - The office got back to me and figured out there was a clerical error in getting my estimate to me. After some back and forth they have been great so far in terms of what we need for the project. I will update the review again after the project is finished. I emailed this company about getting a railing installed up to the front door of my house. This was 6/19/26. The rep came to do an estimate and was very courteous to my partner while I was away on business. We had communicated that we would like to see quotes preferably for vinyl, aluminum, or stainless steel. After multiple messages back and forth since then I still have not received the estimate at all as of 7/25/26. While I appreciate the attitude of the rep that came to do the estimate, after all this hassle of getting a simple railing installed, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

He was right: we consulted a masonry expert who confirmed that the stucco would not have lasted long on that surface, and it would've been a waste of money. Other fence companies were willing to do the stucco work and didn't alert us to the need for a masonry expert.) We will be coming back to HandyMaestro for our future fence projects.
